We just finished our third and final class
In the IWS Prep course online with Rebecca, and it was executed flawlessly. We had the opportunity to buy a sampling of the wines we would be studying, and a case of them arrived well ahead of time, at a reasonable price. Rebecca then conducted the sessions on three consecutive Saturdays, and it was both informative and fun.

We have previously gone on two separate private guided tours to Chianti Classico with Rebecca, and we have done the same in multiple other countries and multiple areas of the US with other tour operators. Without a question, Rebecca is the best anywhere at what she does, from our experiences. She is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, kind, flexible, fun... and focused on making sure that you enjoy your time with her.

I cannot recommend her strongly enough for in-person tours (when we can do that again), online classes, or shipping a great selection of wines (and olive oil and other items) quickly and affordably.

Rebecca is wonderful and very well educated and knowledgeable about Tuscan foods and wine. I had so much fun eating amazing bites, drinking delicious wines, and learning about them all. Especially loved learning about EVOO...! Wow.... I had no idea. We left happy, educated and full. What a great "experience" this was! Thanks, Rebecca!

Our party of 4 shared this fun and interactive experience our last day in Florence. Rebecca taught us so much about Tuscan history, foods, and wine! We will never look at olive oil the same again for we found ourselves critiquing the olive oils used at various restaurants later on our vacation. What fun! Thank you Rebecca!

We have been to a number of wine classes and this was one of the best! The sommelier/host was Gabriele and his experience and enthusiasm complimented great knowledge. The wines chosen were of a high level and represented different regions and styles. The tastings were terrific and Gabriele lead us through the favour trails so clearly that clearly defined what made the wines distinctive and of quality, moreover he opened up the mysteries of Italian labeling and the DOC and DOCG meaning which increased our confidence in selecting wines the very next time we went to buy. A top quality presentation!

We will be back for more, whenever we have guests to Florence !

Small class, taught with passion, humor, and definitely providing an education.
We learned the basics of wine construction, how to taste, and regions and specialties.
I can read a label now, know what to order, and better explore Italian wines.

Fantastic value for 40euro. Instructor was indeed an expert, and his passion carried us far past the 1.5hr scheduled

I do not have enough GOOD things to say about Rebecca and our experience at our wine tasting. She was not only extremely knowledgeable about the wines we were tasting but also the history of Tuscan wines, many small family owned wineries, and advice/tips on how to pick great wine when back home in the states. I was pregnant when we did this wine tour, so unable to taste the wines, she spent so much time with me selecting wines to ship home to try after I have our baby. I cannot say thank you enough to Rebecca and our experience at Tuscany in a Bottle. Would recommend to anyone in Florence!

My wife and I have pretty much seen and heard it all when it comes to wine classes/tastings/tours, so to come out of a 90 min class having heard about 10 new pieces of information was a real treat. The wines were great, and at awesome price points, paired nicely with great cheeses. Highly recommended. Great experience, you really get a lot for cost of the class.

What a spectacular way to spend "lunch," if something so wonderful can be called that. My wife and I were dizzy with the amount we learned, the fun time we had and all of the delicious things we tried. We've been joking ever since that we're ruined for Olive Oil because now we know what it should always be. Every bite of everything was delicious, our hostess was an absolute delight and we had such a blast. We discussed how we never realized what an important part of our travels food was, but this sealed it. We'll look for similar experiences going forward, and we'll hope they're even half as good as this.

Exellent and very informative experience! Learned a lot about Tuscan food and wine traditions. The olive oil tasting and information, alone, is worth the visit. Highly recommend, GREAT fun!
