We just finished our third and final class In the IWS Prep course online with Rebecca, and it was executed flawlessly. We had the opportunity to buy a sampling of the wines we would be studying, and a case of them arrived well ahead of time, at a reasonable price. Rebecca then conducted the sessions on three consecutive Saturdays, and it was both informative and fun. We have previously gone on two separate private guided tours to Chianti Classico with Rebecca, and we have done the same in multiple other countries and multiple areas of the US with other tour operators. Without a question, Rebecca is the best anywhere at what she does, from our experiences. She is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, kind, flexible, fun... and focused on making sure that you enjoy your time with her. I cannot recommend her strongly enough for in-person tours (when we can do that again), online classes, or shipping a great selection of wines (and olive oil and other items) quickly and affordably.

Had a great afternoon with my wife, we learnt so much about Tuscany and it’s wine. There is so many different regions and varieties, so interesting. We wished we did this earlier in our stay as now we can read and pick a good wine from the restaurants wine list. Highly recommend!

We have taken many wine tours with this group and they have always been fun and informative. This is the first time we took the wine tasting class and we are so glad we did. Gabriele was able to tie together all of the information we had gathered from our wine tours into one concise and completely understandable bundle. If you don’t have a day to take a wine tour (or, even if you do) I highly recommend you take the wine tasting class. You’ll walk away with a better understanding of why Tuscany is such a unique and important part of enology and viticulture.

We have been to a number of wine classes and this was one of the best! The sommelier/host was Gabriele and his experience and enthusiasm complimented great knowledge. The wines chosen were of a high level and represented different regions and styles. The tastings were terrific and Gabriele lead us through the favour trails so clearly that clearly defined what made the wines distinctive and of quality, moreover he opened up the mysteries of Italian labeling and the DOC and DOCG meaning which increased our confidence in selecting wines the very next time we went to buy. A top quality presentation!
