Thank you for sharing your experience. You are right: we are always on time on departure, but we have to admit it, it can happen that the line is a little bit longer than "no waiting" to enter the building. Anyway, we are happy you were so lucky and happy with the organization. Thank you for being with us, Claudio More

Our tour included the Dome, Cathedral and Bapistry.... the highlight, of course, being the Dome. We were in a small group of seven - which was perfect -- with a pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional guide. Our group members all climbed to the top of Dome marveling at this incredible engineering feat and enjoying the spectacular view. However, a warning... More

Francesca was such a wonderful guide. The Brunelleschi tour was wonderful and exhilarating. To climb the dome all the way to the top was indeed a once in a lifetime experience and was worth climb.

Great tour guide , showcasing a variety of Italian cuisine from coffee to desert. This is a wonderful company interested in providing the tourist with an interactive and informative food tour in a small group setting.

Our tour guide, Vanessa, was the BEST!!!! She was so informative and so sweet. I would highly recommend Segway Tours and if you are lucky you might get Vanessa as your guide. I was on this tour with 4 other adults, one being my 91 year old mother and Vanessa was very kind and patient with her and this was... More

This was an amazing tour. 463 steps up to the the Dome that Brunelleschi designed. I would highly recommend this tour. Bring water because it can be warm climbing that many stairs but it is worth it.

My teenage boys were not thrilled when I told them we were going on another tour. We were all glad we did. I booked this tour for the climb to the dome, but we got so much more out of this experience than expected. The Duomo was definitely the highlight. If you are trying to decide whether to climb or... Staying in Duomo

Neighborhood Profile
Duomo
Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city. The historic center is characterized by the immensity of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city as it was in ancient times, with maids walking in the main square and horses carrying coaches. Nowadays, roads are busy with street artists. Rustic Tuscan bakeries give way to fashion shops; just stop for a few minutes in the middle of Piazza della Repubblica to enjoy the colors and sweet melody of the carousel that will bring back great memories from anyone’s childhood.
