We did the Highlights of Tuscany tour with visits to Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena and we had such a great time! Aaron, our guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure that one of the elderly tour goers was always being helped around and accounted for. Cannot recommend it enough!

We opted for a shared tour of the Best of Cinque Terre (the 5 lands). We hopped on and off the train to briskly explore 4 out 5 locations. As our tour guide Marta, mentioned, "it's an appetizer" an introduction if you will, and she was right! We were able to bask, if only for an hour at each destination, in the sun drenched beauty of this jewel box. The cliffsides are filled with bright and colorful dwellings, gardens, restaurants, and gorgeous beaches; complete with those iconic striped umbrellas. We ate deliciously warm focaccia bread, fresh pesto, and drank sweet limoncino. This tour was organized, thoughtful, and such a great experience. We can't wait to go back! Thank you to our tour operator for her patience, vocal strength, and conciseness. We appreciate our driver too! Thank you.

I do remember the trip, but you guys have lots of them and i couldn't find mine... full day in cinque terre.
It was a beautiful and enjoyable experience, big part because the driving experience of Francesco and mainly thanks you the kind and well prepared Marta Michi.

Bus tour out of Florence. Bus driver and tour guide very inconsiderate of passengers. Bus was extremely and almost unbearably hot. Tour guide was inconsiderate of older travelers walking at a too fast a clip to keep up. No commentary of areas as we are passing through.

Waited for CAF representative who was very rude, late and uninformed. I initially thought I was getting skip the line and read rave reviews, the print out stated it was a tour so there started the confusion. She gave us our tickets and told us to wait in a line??!! So we did not skip any line but waited in a line, just doesn’t make sense. Wasted money when one could’ve booked a reserved ticket for more less from the gallery itself and still waited in the same line. Wish I read all reviews prior to booking. Very disappointed.

Out of all the tours we booked this was nowhere close to the others in value or quality. We booked through Viator which we used for other tours, no issues there. The coach was easy to find, left on time, instructions were clear on meeting points and schedule. However for the price of this tour you basically get a 1-1/2 hour bus ride there and 2 hour bus ride back (Florence rush hour). You spend about 2 hours in Pisa. Climbing the tower is the highlight, which takes about 45 minutes or more of the time. Not a real long lineup, stairs are not too bad, we had a 9 year old climb no issue. The tour itself is quick and difficult to hear with the equipment and one earpiece? All other tours we went on had much better quality headphones. There are basically four attractions at Pisa, the tower, bapistry, cathedral, and crypt (graveyard). Only the tower and cathedral entry tickets are included which is very disappointing. The cathedral is 90% of the tour. Why not include the other two and start the tour a bit ealier in the day? Pisa is great and definitely a checklist item, but save your money and rent a car for the day. See Pisa and Siena for a fraction of the cost. Guide is not worth it for this tour.

We had a wonderful experienced to be in a three places in one day and having a chance to explore different places and learn many things, tour guide is absolutely amazing, friendly service, we had a big group but none of us are left behind she make sure everyone aré intact and not being lost..and wine tasting plus food is superb and for the price you pay is pretty good deal..Highly recommended..Thanks to Valet 👍🏻Great experienced 😍

Trip to Sienna was fabulous, but you did not state the walk to town from where the busses left us off was close to a mile or more. The lunch at the winery was quite good, but we only received 2 sips of wine and they would not provide us more. We did not get two glasses, nor did we tour the wine cellars nor the estate. San Gimignano was a waste, all it is is a shopping district. Almost no history was provided except that there had been numerous towers on only 4 remained. Pisa was terrific but again, you should state it is a two mile walk or you have to pay $10 euros for a tram.

Buy them yourselves -these are overpriced and a chew to actually collect. We had to meet someone at the corner of a street and then try to find this person in the chaos outside of these building - when we finally got our tickets we had no choice but to take the time they gave us (late afternoon 5.30pm) : note you also need this ticket to visit the Cathedral which could have been done earlier and it does not give you access into the other attraction buildings which are connected at this historic site. We ended up waiting another couple of hours before we could go up as afternoon tickets actually mean late afternoon. They are pretty strict there only allowing a certain amount of people up every 15 minutes and you do not skip any of this line - the only line you may skip is in the actual ticket office. Once you get to the top of the tower the the view is amazing so this is worth it but do it yourself.

I visited many countries and I did very superior tours/tastings with less people . That one it’s more like a shopping tour. The places you visit on this trip are scenic but for me, not worth it as wine tasting. Why:
1. The quantity of people, it’s a whole bus, 60 persons. So that is’t difficult for manage for one tour guide at time and complicated for the vineyard.
2. We visited 2 vineyards, rest of stops are for down and shop.
3. First vineyard was just pathetic. First tasting, a white wine, one bottle for 60 pers, yes, a 750mm bottle. Then left tasting they used two bottles or less. Pairing... ridiculous too: 1x1x1cm of cheese and salami.
4. Second vineyard a bit better, but the same.
5. Both vineyards doesn’t give an option of repeat some wine, so if you want to buy, may be you need to taste it again. But no, that is what a smart merchant does, because want you to return and recommend his place. And this is something I will never do.

After meeting with my group, 2 people do not require the Tower Access and so is it possible to give me a total price for the group tour for the morning option. Also, is there a direct line that I will need to call to book this tour as Trip Advisor only allows for up to 9 adults to be booked?

I used this company but I bought my tour from Expedia. I enjoyed their tour and would recommend them to others. Expedia doesn't mark up the prices and you know who the vendor is unlike Viator. Because their prices are very reasonable there are a lot of tourists on each tour.
