might have the wrong trip but went on a tour of Siena, san Gimignano and pisa with lunch and wine tasting, it was fantastic well worth the money Jordano was our tour guide with cuf tours or something like that he provides some information on a bus ride that takes over an hour to reach Sienna then you get 2 hours free time and meet back to get food and wine you get 2 redand one white and a ham or vegan dish taster and then a pasta dish bolognese with meat and ragu but they try to cater to you're options but the menu is only pasta without the meat and bread with tastings of vinegar which we loved, you have the option to buy from the vineyard which is very expensive, then you head to San Gimignano and have 1 hour free time after a 30 minute ride from the vineyard and then head to pisa where you walk for 10 minutes and have 1 hour free time Jordano was getting a bit tired by this point as it was hot and a long day but was still willing to answer questions to the best of his ability at the end of the tour you are able to tip with cash, depending how much you enjoyed your visit but please if the tour guide says a meeting time arrive back 5 minutes before, so you don't keep everyone waiting.

When we arrived at the gallery, we were given the tickets by the agent. The agent explained that normally another entrance was available for us to go through for some reason today it was not available and we had to join the general queue. The general queue, although long, was very quick so I am not sure of the benefit of Skip the Line other than paying over the odds. Similar experience at the Accademia gallery - we have to join the general queue which was quick.

Essential to have skipping the line tickets given the huge demand for entrance. It is also important to research the Uffizi before your visit otherwise you will be overwhelmed. We chose twenty 'must see items' and researched the gallery on YouTube before the visit. An exceptional cultural delight.
