This was one of two things we planned while in Florence. Chef Walter was informative and provided an easy to follow commentary for the preparation of the four course meal. I would HIGHLY recommend taking a class at the Chefactory.
Our group had a wonderful experience with Chef Walter. We learned how to make fresh pasta, ravioli with spinach and ricotta, and turkey with saffron. We also made an appetizer of Profiterole with Pear Filling and White Chocolate Mousse. We were full and happy when...More

Took a pasta cooking class here that we found on Airbnb. It was terrific! And tasty! Francesco, the class teacher/chef was wonderful. Very engaging, super knowledgeable, spoke at least 3 languages. Now I know how to make gnocchi, ravioli, and fettuccine. And mini pizzas.
Walter was an excellent teacher for the evening! We had a small group for our class - only 8 people and it was fantastic. One of my favorite things we did while in Italy. The food was great, the company was entertaining, and we learned...More
