The whole experience was amazing and chef Franscesco was incredible. So many useful tips and such a great personality. Would definitely recommend this for anyone wanted to learn how to cook Italian meals and about how food is made!

The perfect way to spend an evening. We learned step by step, how to cook a four course meal. Chef Francesco was personable, patient and passionate about cooking. We learned some kitchen tips and some history too. We enjoyed our time and the meal we prepared was delicious. Chef Francesco provided us with recipes to take home.

We had a lovely experience with a really nice small intimate crowd and a very friendly chef. We learnt how to make fresh pasta, tiramisu and a lovely pan fried chicken main, very nice food, very friendly staff, clean and professional with dinner and wine included at the end to eat what you made - would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time and our food we made was delicious. There were 5 of us plus two four year olds. Our instructor was marvelous and so patient with the little girls as well as so informative. I feel badly that I don’t remember his name as he certainly deserves special note. Would go back there again if I return to Florence.

My husband and I both loved the pasta making class and it made for a great honeymoon experience. We had looked at other options but they were longer and we wanted to still have daytime hours to look around the city. This class was perfect. The class size was small and personable, we made 3 dishes + dessert and learned tips along the way, the instruction was great and easy to follow, and the food was (of course) delicious. We would definitely do this again and highly recommend both it and Chefactory.
