Whatever is your level of culinary experience our Cooking School is passionate about teaching in a in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, attentive to details.The In house Chef program is available for a special occasion or just to enjoy at your home the pleasure of a Tuscan menu.

We have just had the most amazing experience and time cooking with Stefania and Anna. It was a fabulous activity to do - learning and sharing in Italian cooking culture and what cooking means in Italy. Both ladies are fantastic tutors and made the experience an absolute delight - with plenty of conversation, tips of the trade and laughter throughout. We thoroughly recommend this to anyone who enjoys cooking and wants to experience homemade Italian culture. Thank you Stefania and Anna - kindest regards Paul & Shannon

This class was the highlight of our visit to Tuscany! Anna and Stefania were so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We had such a fun time learning from them and chatting about all things Italian food/culture. The recipes were very well organized. The food was dynamite! This class was in Anna's home and felt very authentic and intimate.

Two of my friends and I spent over a week in Italy at the end of August and this day was our favorite. We opted for the pizza, pasta, and dessert menu. Stefania and Anna are lovely, hospitable, funny, and taught us so much about cooking and about Tuscan cuisine. The food and wine was delicious and made with care. We highly recommend this and would definitely go back next time we are in Tuscany. It truly felt like we were old friends and we'd love to have them in our kitchen and at our table all the time!

Stefania and her team came to our holiday home and cooked us dinner. Fantastic local cuisine. Antipasto flatbreads, vegetables and cold cuts was a meal in itself. The pici all'aglione was amazing as was the accompanying Montepulciano Nobile! Beef tagliata followed which was perfectly cooked. Finally a perfect dessert..... chocolate and almond torta caprese with limoncello. The vegetarian options for my daughter were excellent with the Aubergine 'meatballs' in tomato sauce being the winner. Stefania shared her passion and knowledge for Tuscan cooking to complement the experience, even sending us a couple of the recipes to try at home. The kitchen was spotless when they left which was a great touch.
We were so impressed that she retunrned the following week so we could try a whole new menu.
If you're looking for a Tuscan home cooked meal then Tocana e Gusto is definitely a 5 Star experience. Will definitely book Stefania and her team when we are back in Tuscany and would try her cooking school as well.

My wife and I went on an anniversary trip to Italy and were referred to Toscana e Gusto by our travel agent. I cannot say enough good things about Stefania and Anna. They were patient, sincere, and showed a true passion for what they do. Being able to join them in their home for a day of cooking, learning, and great conversation was a privilege we don't take for granted.
The personal touch they put on our experience was a highlight of our 11 day tour of Italy, and we will not soon forget it.

We were seven people doing Tuscan cooking with Stefania and her team. It was a fantastic experience and our best day in Italy. We learnt to make lots of stuff the Tuscan way, and we loved the passion and the attention to detail. Three kinds of meats in the ragu, the right kind of flour for different use, how to cut the almonds (not too much) and so on. We had fun all the time. The result was a perfect meal - made by ourselves.

We had an fantastic experience with Anna en Stefania! The learned us the art of making pasta and Cantuci. They are so lovely, nice and funny. If we come back to Cortona we’ll follow an other course without a doubt!
When we made those recipes at home we immediately felt in Toscane again!

We had the best cooking experience with Stefania and Anna in the kitchen. They were hospitable and funny. The courses we made and enjoyed paired with delicious wine were wonderful. The kitchen and dining area were lovely, and overlooked the garden where many of the herbs we cooked with were harvested. One of our best experiences in Italy. Highly recommend to all interested, you will love it.

Just the best!
Ms' Stefania & Anna are so much fun and the nicest folks you could ever meet.
The class was fantastic. It's in Ms. Stefania's home, with lunch (that you cooked!) served in a beautiful conservatory off the kitchen.
The wines served with lunch were wonderful and the ladies were incredibly friendly hosts.
You can stop looking for other cooking classes. Just book with Ms. Stefania.
I promise you won't be disappointed.

Cane back to take another cooking class with our grown children. This was our second visit as Stefania and Anna are the great cooks and very entertaining. We all had a wonderful time. One of our best days in Italy.

Hello! Thank you very much for your email, on June 24th we have a cooking class available with a four course Tuscan menù at €125 per person, which include home made pasta and pizza dough preparation. The cooking is from 10 am followed by lunch with the preparations, until about 3 pm.
Ww don't take deposit, payment can be directly on the spot.

At the moment either Thursday 13th and Friday 14th are available with Tuscan menu. It can be set up at choice three course at 105€ per person or four course menù at 125€ per person. Hello, yes October 8th is at the moment available either with a Three course Tuscan classic menú or the Four course Top Tuscan menú. Prices are 105€ or 125€ per person including lunch with matched white and red wines.

We have pizza and dessert class, or Pasta, pizza and dessert, that includes also preparation of home made pasta and sauce.

Thank you very much for your request, we will be very glad to welcome you in our cooking class and celebrate together your wedding anniversary. At the moment we have availability on June 1 or 3rd. You can find a good accommodation in Cortona , which is just 2 kms from us and if you like we could also organize a pick up and drop of after the cooking. A very good Hotel is Villa Marsili. In alternative if you prefer to stay outside the town close by you find Borgo Il Melone, which has swimming pool and a nice garden around the lodging.

Prices start from 80 € per person for a pizza class up to maximum 120 € per person for the Top Tuscan menù with four courses plus side dish, all include meal after with white and red wines. We look forward to meeting you here!
