Shaded, beautiful park with stunning views

A great place to escape from the sun and the crowds in the main street of taormina. I'd recommend buying a drink and canolli to enjoy surrounded by the roses and tropical plants.

With some lovely rose borders, some quirky 'folly' buildings, shaded peace and quiet and great views,(and free entry), this is a great little place to wander.

Some extremely strange buildings ( I believe from a Northumberland lass) and walkways offering a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the town. Different varieties of plants and trees, fish ponds and even some peieces from the war are on display. Great view out to the sea!

The garden is very beautiful with sweeping views of the town and sea. The topi arises, and the submarine were interesting as well.

A relaxing stroll in these public gardens is the perfect way to end a busy day in Taormina. The gardens are well maintained and the views are stunning. You can also learn about the history of the gardens whilst walking around and are able to say "hello" and "ciao" to a very friendly parrot.

Great visit. The only thing so far that wasn't overpriced in Taormina (free, actually). Great photo opps and shaded areas on a warm May afternoon.

The gardens were right next to the hotel where we stayed, and were lovely to walk through on sunny April days. Gardeners were busy at work cutting tree branches and shrubs in preparation for the G7 Summit at the end of May. There was an abundance of plants and trees giving much shelter, and many benches in shaded areas and... More

Spectacular position, pervading the very heart of the town with extensive walkways and a surprise around every corner, A peaceful oasis for a picnic lunch, whilst soaking up the wonderful views.

A lovely garden in the middle of the old town of Taormina. A refreshing spot of green with lovely trees and plants where one can meditate.
