The full day tour of Etna was excellent. The main guide Eddy was full of knowledge and explained everything you were seeing very well. The trip included lots of extras and we got to see parts of Sicily I'm sure I wouldn't have seen otherwise. Excellent value for money. Would recommend to anyone.

If you come to Sicily you have to visit Etna. But you have to choose a great agency to guide you and tell you all the stories, because without that it will be just one of the visits. We were so lucky to have Eddy from Legendary Sicily to be our guide. So many facts, interesting stories, real knowledge made... More

We had a perfect day to the top craters of Mt Etna! Eddie was our guide and he was fantastic! We have three children and our hike to the summit of Mt Etna will be our highlight from our trip to Sicily!

A highlight of our trip to Sicily was a day trip to Mt Etna with Legendary Sicily and our guide Eddy . Good walking shoes a must and even though it was late June, a jacket provided by the tour was welcome protection against cold winds so layer up.Walking barefoot in Alacantra Gorge at the end of our trip was... I did the 2 hour walking tour with my sister and our guide was Natalie Milano. She took us to the north east side of the mountain and we walked along some craters and fissures which had formed in the 2002 eruption. Natalie was very knowledgable and gave us so much interesting information. She felt to us more like a... More

You could do most of this trip on your own but you would miss out on all the details of what you are looking at, that Eddy, our brilliant tour guide, explained throughout the day. We were picked up from our hotel in Castelmola and from the start, we were learning about the ancient 'natural harbour' of Taormina. There are... More

What a great day I had on this tour with legendary Sicily. Picked up at 8:30am in a 4x4 jeep by Guide Eddie you are then taken to Mount Etna for a fantastic tour of a non touristy side of this impressive volcano. Eddie is a brilliant guide and is really passionate about Etna & Sicily. There's a food stop... More

If you are interested in Mount Etna or volcanoes/geography/history/archaeology/culture in general, then I could not recommend this tour enough. Eddy is an absolute fountain of knowledge and a very interesting man. From start to finish he was teaching us about all of the topics mentioned above. He was not only informative but friendly and witty too. The tour involved seeing... More

We spent an amazing day with Eddie learning about volcanoes, trekking and discussing such diverse topics that included way more than volcanoes . Eddie is very knowledgable about Geology, and Sicily. We even managed a discussion about the Big Bang theory. Along the way we saw Mt. Etna , the surrounding valleys and the gorges created by the eruptions. Do... More
