Hi there.... probably best to check with them directly via their web site, Sicily Life (would give you their link, but TA won't permit that.
We took their godfather tour a couple of years ago and they were great.

Best time for temperature is autumn as spring and summer may be hot for your parents. The Godfather tour goes to villages near Taormina which is about 1 hrs drive from Catania and 4 hrs from Palermo. The tour we did was a private tour with a nice large vehicle just for us $280 Euro. There are bus tours also available at a cheaper cost around $150 Euro etc.
Hi all, I've been reading with interest the posts about tours around the Messina area. My family will be there for one day on a cruise in July, and I have contacted Sicily Life Tours about a private tour for 7 to Mt. Etna and Taormina. For those who are familiar with this tour company, here is my question: they have asked for all cash up front. Is that your experience? I'm a bit concerned about paying cash, but if the company is reputable I'll take the chance. And the reviews of this company...More

Welcome to Sicily Dahlia R, That isn't typical. Usually a credit card number is held as guarantee, and payment in total is expected in cash. And there's been a cancellation policy of 24 hours without penalty. So this is a change. Never send cash through the mail. Contact and request clarification of payment policy. Vagabonda

Tour in Taormina and Bus Time (1 Replies)
We will be Taormina for 4 nights starting Sept 19. We plan to take day trips to Mount Etna, and Siracusa. Has anyone used Sicily Life Tours this year and can they tell me how it went? Is there a bus from Taoramina to Milazzo and how long does it take?

Thank you for the response Vagabonda. We have already booked the hotel in Catania, I thought it would be more convenient for airport transfers as we are only staying two days! Thank you for the links, I don't think my partner had considered the train station! I guess the plan will be an early morning! Thank you again for all your help.
