Immerso nella natura e nello splendido contesto della montagna di Sferracavallo questa è una vera e propria oasi dei sapori. Prodotti caseari ottima qualità , gestisto da persone cordiali in un ambiente molto pulito.

prodotti genuini dal sapore inconfondibile. bisogna inerpicarsi su per la montagna di sferracavallo per raggiungere questo angolo di paradiso caseario. sicuramente ne vale la pena!

Più volte mi sono recato ad acquistare prodotti, sempre freschi, il posto merita di essere visto non solo per i prodotti ma anche per la vista panoramica.
Il personale disponibile e consiglia anche i prodotti particolari che via via producono, quali formaggi con miele, con pistacchio da servire come dessert.
Io ci tornerò sempre.

Tappa fissa della domenica mattina. Tutto freschissimo,prodotti veramente naturali e genuini. Formaggi freschi,mozzarella,ricotta,ma anche uova e pane.. Che dire,se sei di zona hai fra le mani la possibilità di mangiare bene giornalmente,spendere il giusto per un prodotto che vale e con la scusa riprendere il contatto con la natura. E sai cosa mangi..

sistemato e arredato con sobrietà , e la presenza di una cunetta con un'icona cui non fanno mai mancare i fiori freschi, ti viene il dubbio di essere capitato in un RISTORO per viandanti o romiti..invece un paio di scalini ti introducono in una sala con lunghi banchi frigo dove troneggiano CACIOCAVALLO-RICOTTE-CACIOTTE-MOZZARELLE e tanto altro e tutto fresco tanto che non devi togliere la buccia prima di metterlo sotto i denti...credo proprio a km. ZERO. Prezzi giusti....e che panorama da quelle curve strette strette in discesa...suonare sempre...è meglio...

Immerso nella natura, aria pulita, persone perbene, ottima qualità e genuinità dei prodotti. Formaggi prodotti con latte vero e non con la polverina come ci vuole imporre l'europa.
Danno la possibilità di gustare sul posto i loro prodotti.
Strada un pó in salita, ma ne vale la pena.

scarsa attenzione per i clienti, l'unica volta che ci siamo stati la persona al banco era al telefono e vi è rimasta un bel po (preciso che c'eravamo solo noi), molto scortese. I prodotti di buona qualità ma non eccezionali.
