Wonderful homemade pasta. Kids chicken fingers were great. One caesar salad fed all 4 of us. Lasagna is amazing. Gnocchi with gorgonzola special was fantastic. Vodka ravioli and Chicken Parmesan were yummy. Will go again for sure.

Pretty from a distance but expensive to get into and you can see a total of 2 rooms, 1 with stuffed (unrelated to the island) birds and the other had ameteur paintings of the island. Would not suggest this to anyone

We spent a week in Isola Bella with our 3 teenage girls. Best holiday ever. Our accomodation overlooked the beach with a 1 minute walk down the stairs to the water. Be warned to take shoes as it is a pebbled beach, it is difficult...More

Took the funicular to the beach. Great views you don’t want to miss. We really enjoyed our time relaxing at the beach and swimming in the Ionian Sea. Walked out to Isola Bella for a beautiful view back at the mainland. We had a very...More

Isola Bella cannot be missed while staying in Taormina. Just walk across the narrow strip of stones to the little island. Those stones are rather unpleasant to walk on, but they are soon forgotten after enjoying the views.

Enjoy Isola Belle but not in the summer when it is far too busy! We went in October, the weather was fine and we bathed in the sea, but the island was near deserted and you could really drink in the artmoshere and enjoy the...More

Isola Bella is a beautiful place that has a nice beach and crystal clear water. The beach is rocky, so it's a good idea to buy rubber shoes.

Yes, this is a very pretty beach but unforturnately you have to walk down 152 steps to get to it and that means 152 steps to get back to the street. The beach and the water are very rocky -- wear water shoes. You can't...More

Today we visited Isola Bella to see the island and go for a swim. The island is located in a small cove, with beaches on either side. It is 128 steps down to the beach. Although the island is very pretty (and has a rich...More

There isn't masses to see or do, but it's worth visiting nonetheless. You can walk down from Taormina and if you don't fancy going back up all those steps then you can take the cable car.
