An amazing excursion is to visit to the stunning Isola di Figarolo, a small island just offshore from the equally stunning Carla Moresca, probably the most beautiful beach in the whole of Sardinia! And its not just paddling either as you'll have the chance to snorkel during your excursion and our guides really do know the best spots! Absolutely no experience is necessary to join an excursion. We booked a full day trip and enjoyed every minute of it. Even though it was a first time experience paddling, we learned it within 30 minutes and were already doing quite well in the waters.
Taran led us to all the incredible yet secluded beaches where we had some time for snorkeling and eating.
It was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for clear blue water, sun and a lot of fun.

An expertly led trip round the island with the bonus of watching dolphins as the sunset. Even though I am nervous of the sea, I wanted to do this trip to see the dolphins . I sat on the island whilst the more experienced paddlers tackled the bigger swell round the headland; rejoining the group in the quieter waters just as the dolphins appeared. What an amazing sight, they played and performed near us until the sun set, before heading off again. The trip was very well organised, buoyancy aids, kayaks and paddles provided, an easy to complete booking form and good directions to the meet point. I would highly recommend this experience.

Trust Taran to deliver the perfect itinerary: wild islands, beautiful beaches, stunning coasts and ever changing wildlife. He was impressively knowledgeable and patience personified, and an excellent photographer who knew the perfect spots to get memorable shots.
On a practical note, the website covers everything nicely but I cannot stress how responsive and helpful Taran was in answering our questions and meeting our requests. For example, we were picked up from our accommodation near Olbia airport, taken to a supermarket to buy provisions and, at the end, dropped at the rendezvous with the bike hire company for the next leg of our carless trip.
The only thing we would do differently next time would be to invest in pairs of kayaking shoes. The beaches were sandy but coarse granite sand is hard on the feet. We managed with sandals but once wet they trapped small lumps of granite between sole and sole. In hindsight, there was Decathlon right by the supermarket….

Our family had a lovely time sea kayaking with Taran. We went out for four hours and made a couple of beach stops and a mini cave along the route. Taran was really helpful and flexible with getting us booked in and I'd thoroughly recommend Taran & Go Sea Kayak. Well worth it, Thanks!

Because of strong winds we had to reschedule our booking a couple of days. Taran kept us updated on what and how. Eventually, we were lucky to do a 4 day kayak trip around Costa Smeralda and Golfo Aranci. Taran had to adapt his plans several times but remained excited to show us the most beautiful beaches and places.
It was a great 4 day trip (we booked 2 x 2 day trip) and the best memory of our vacation!

We had a wonderful kayak experience.
Our kayak guide Taran, was so knowledgeable, friendly and put us at ease given we were first time sea kayaking.
We kayak around Golfo di Aranci. we are so taken from the breathtaking views, the waters was so crystal clear, and had a break on a beautiful hidden sucluded beach.
Overall experience is an excellent and highly recommended.

Very experienced teacher. Did a course with Taran and learned a lot.
Good atmosphere and able to listen to customer needs(for example setting of course we spend on the 2nd day more time for training) or goods remarks, where I have to improve.
So I can really recommend.

I highly recommend the sunset paddle. Taran is a friendly and experienced guide with an excellent local knowledge. He also has a range of good quality sea kayaks for clients to use. We had a delightful trip along the cliffs with marvellous views of the setting sun. Best of all, we were treated to a close up display for by a pod of dolphins for about half an hour or so.

Lead by Taran (originally from Wales), we had a great few hours exploring some hidden gems along the Sardinian coast line seeing caves, incredible rock formations, dolphins and other Sardinian wildlife that wold otherwise be inaccessible to see by land. Taran is a thoroughly nice guy who made us feel welcome and safe the whole time and added some really nice personal touches during the trip.
We would 100% do it again for longer the next time we visit!

On my recent visit to Olbia I had a day tour with Taran of Go Sea Kayak. Everything needed was provided, even a low volume kayak as I am a small guy, and our small group were taken to some beautiful islands set in the clear blue waters of Sardinia. We made several stops for a rest or drinks, all very relaxed even time for a snorkel and swim. A great day's paddling would definitely go back.

Kann man die Tour auch machen, wenn man nicht gerne ins Wasser geht? Bzw. ist die Tour nur in den Kayaks oder beinhaltet es auch schwimmen?

Hi Paddy, it would depend on the individual as everyone is different. Personally I wouldn't recommend at all!
If the person still wanted to try Sea kayaking then the best way would be for them to go in the front of a double sea kayak as these are very stable and easy to paddle.
With regards to swimming we do stop for a break on stunning secluded beaches that are perfect for swimming :)

Vorrei avere notizie/costi in merito a giro in Kayak, e per noleggio gommone. Gite che vorrei fare nell arcipelogo della maddalena. Grazie

Hi Abs, sure, we run two day two night camping excursions for €220 per person. On the excursion we paddle two full days (6 hours) and camp on the first two nights, finishing with a short paddle to a pick up point on the final day.
Our camps are wild camps on secluded beaches and we can provide everything you will need except for sleeping bags, these you will have to bring with you.
One final thing. We don't run camping excursions from mid June to September.
