On Via Roma, opposite Stazione Ferrovaria and Piazza Matteotti, this is the Town Hall and houses the Tourist Information Office. It is a neo Gothic building with a lovely facade on one of its towers.

This is an impressive building from the outside, and obvious from quite a distance down the street. Unfortunately there was an event on the day we were there so we could not even get in to see the courtyard.

We visted on Saturday when the guided visit is free. It was April and there was no-one else. It's a magnificent building from outside and we found the visit inside interesting, we learnt something about Cagliari and Sardinia and the guide was very friendly. Thank you

It is a very beautiful building and quite impressive from an architectural point of view. You can see it from everywhere on the main street.

This is the most distinctive building on Via Roma. It it not that old, it dates from 1899, but it is still impressive for its architecture and bright white stone.
You can see it from the marina and other high points in the city. It is open for tours on Saturday.

This building is very important, not only because it hosts the Town Hall, but also because it strikes the image of the city skyline admired when reaching the city by sea.

Pretty desperate if this a site on tripadvisor. Toursim office is here. Don't expect maps, help or guidance. Not much English either. Helpfully suggested we look at the website when we had a question. Sums it up...

Located in the Marina district, the large civic building houses the Town Hall, the structure was built by order of Umberto and Margherita of Savoy in 1907. I noticed in the external corners the sculptures with the heads of the 4 Moors indicating the 4 districts. It is also known as Palazzo Bocaredda, it has a very elegant appearance.
