A little way outside the main centre-about a 25 minute walk that was well worth it. A little gem that has been stripped back to reveal the original, very old church. Some lovely mosaic flooring and a bell tower that looks as if a strong wind would blow it down!

Beautiful Basilica, I used to visit this church with my mom on February 14 for Saint Valentine. On this date, they are still offering blessed bread to protect your throat.

Stopped in to see the beauty of this Basilica during an outing in Vicenza. Was right next to the bell tower when the bells began to ring and the sound was beautiful and reverent. A sound I will never forget.

We walked past this beautiful little church on our way to the hotel. Mosaics from the 4th century AD and amazing interior architecture.

This church is really important in the history of church buildings in Italy and Europe generally. Look it up, and be sure to read the little history inside the church.
