A worthy homage

Andrea Palladio represents Vicenza more than anyone else, so this statue of him, placed beside his Basilica feels like almost an obligation of the city. And, to honor his legacy, it is very well made, in classic style and rich in detail. If you are visiting Vicenza, you will go see the Basilica, so do put aside a bit of time to appreciate the statue of its maker.
