This was one of my all time favorite experiences!!! The staff was incredibly kind, accommodating and helpful. Our tour guide Tomazo went above and beyond to make sure we had a great tour. We met him at the shop where we then set off to winery, stopping at a few locations to tell us about the city and the countryside. The wine tasting and tour was incredible. If you’re able to ride a bike I HIGHLY suggest you book this tour for your visit!!

We went to the shop a day early to make sure we knew the place and that the reservation was correct. The team was amazing and kind and made sure that we were prepared the following day and answered any of the questions we had. Elias was our tour guide and he did a fabulous job, with the tour and the knowledge of the area! He explained the bikes well; as it was our first time using them! The winery was so stunning and woman who showed us around was extremely knowledgeable about the winery, it’s history, and they’re going future wise. We recommend this company and this tour 100%!

This was definitely a great find. They provided us with an app for only 5€; which included a large selection of bike paths in order to get to your destination. Along the way were also recommended locations to stop. The e-bikes made a 70km ride to the lake just outside verona extremely easy. The staff were also extremely nice and spoke fluent English! Overall great experience with views you won’t forget.

Had a great time… GPS worked good, winetasting was informative and great, reasonably priced, and the bike screen good condition. One recommendation would be to get to the check-in office before 11 AM, because we didn’t leave until almost noon after the information and bike fittings. We would have liked to have had more time, but that was our fault. Definitely recommend, as we felt it was a very good value!

Yesterday I rented 3 e-bikes for me and my girlfriends. We received instructions in advance and the size of the bicycle was determined. We were given a map with several routes on it. You have to pay an extra €5 for the app, but we think this is more than worth it. The app works well and makes navigating a lot easier. The staff were very friendly and the bikes were of excellent quality. I would definitely recommend renting an e-bike here!

We highly recommend this company. Eliza and all the team were very helpful and professional. We completed the Verona to Venice self guided tour and included the Wine/Grappa/Food tasting options for each day. The GPS system was brilliant, making sure you never got lost and the routes were scenic, quiet and varied. The tasting tours were 10/10 - friendly and knowledgeable hosts - we tasted some amazing wine/grappa and wonderful fish tapas. The luggage transfer and hotel accommodation was also excellent. We opted for the electric bikes which were high quality and the charging system was very easy. We would definitely book with Itinera Bike again.

Itinerary Bikes provided us with the bikes & all the equipment we needed to spend the day on a perfectly designed ride through the wine country outside of Verona. They also arranged a tour & wine tasting of the Farina winery. The bikes are very well maintained & set up to fit each rider. The route is marked & easy to follow on their app. They even provide an extra battery pack to ensure your phone doesn’t lose power. I highly recommend this tour and Itinerary Bikes!

We recently completed a family cycling vacation near Salo on Lake Garda. We rented bikes through Itinera Bike. This is our second time working with Elisa at Itinera and the process was flawless. They provided the bikes, panniers, locks, spares as well as routes in the region. They organized pickup and delivery. Everything was well organized and on time. I would recommend working with Itinera whenever cycling in the Verona - Garda region.

We took the Valpolicella classica tour with e-bike and winery visit. 4 intrepid travellers of ‘approaching mature!’ years with varied cycling experience😉
We received superb support from Elisa with great comms and advice.
The cycling out of the city was manageable, the countryside beautiful and worth the effort. The wine tour was informative and enjoyable. The bikes were easy to ride, modern and faultless. They had all the power we needed. We would highly recommend Itinera for your cycling Verona adventure. Thank you team Itinera xx

The best part of my Verna stay was a self-guided bike tour of the Verona wine country. I'm 62 years old and a moderate cyclist. Owner Elisa took so much time and care to show me the route on her computer and print out maps as I didn't have wifi for their route. Her English is excellent and the bike was perfect for me. It's not everyday that you get the customer service but this shop goes above and beyond. If I ever come back to Italy, I'll be sure and book a longer trip with them.

We have a brand new cargo bike, it can carry up to 4 children, so your 3 children can fit in it! If you want, for the oldest of them you can rent a kids' bike.

What kind of tour do you have near padua. We would like to van/bike for a morning or afternoon on Sept 17, or 18. We are staying in Padua ,no car.

we don't have short tours in Padua. We work in Verona, close-by hills and Lake Garda. Or we offer longer tours.
