Very warm weather, so someone remarked: air conditioning is not functioning! Very nice performance, super second act with lots of atmosphere and spectacle!

I am very glad that we stopped to see this arena. It was more amazing than we anticipated and well worth visiting.

We went to the arena during a visit to Verona. Opera season was in full swing and it was amazing to walk around the outside looking at the architecture and see the opera scenery. However, we then made the mistake of paying €10 to see...More

This was a long awaited treat and we weren't let down. We travelled in from Lake Garda and treated ourselves to numbered seats near the front. The place gets fully packed, many turn up in formal dress others in more casual/smart clothes. We had booked...More

I've just read the review written by the pregnant lady who had difficulty with the seating and feel I should pass on information about disabled access. I brought my elderly, partially sighted mum to Verona to see Aida and was feeling rather anxious about how...More

4 adults and three kids spent 70 euro to go inside. We had read that it was a smaller version of the colosseum in Rome, but was still a functioning facility. Everything inside was closed off. We got to go in one entrance look from...More

Lovely place, centuries old and buzzing with people walking around. The place is car free and very safe with many restaurants and fountains, etc. Careful though sone restaurants are quite pricey with average food being served. Surely a must view !

We had visited Verona before during the opera season but, not being opera lovers, we didn't go to see one. When most of the other people around disappeared into the arena at 9pm we wished we were going too. So this year, as we were...More

Hi, I am honeymooning in Lake Garda from 20-23 September. While I would've loved to go to the opera at Arena di Verona, I understand that I may have missed the season. However, my research indicates that concerts are held in September. Can anyone tell me when the program for September will be released on the Arena Di Verona website? Thanks!
