We had a wonderful day with Davide visiting Corrado Benedetti, a salami and cheese producer, and Le Marognole, who makes great wine. Davide is very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of great information and history during the trip - and our hosts at both venues were friendly and helpful!

We went on the Cheese, Salami, and Amarone Tour. The minibus was very comfortable and Alessandro the guide seemed to know everything about the local wineries and the local area. There was a stop for pictures on the way up to the Cheese and Salami producer/shop. Once there you are shown the cheese cellar and go for a walk in... More

Great tour to understand the particularity of Valpolicella wine. We visited the Coffele winery in the lovely medieval town of Soave then headed to the family operated winery of Tenute Falezza where we tasted really good wine. I can say our guide Lara has a contagious passion of her region and wine in General. Really recommend the tour

The spirit of a glass organic Amarone is inextricably linked to the history and vitality of the place and it not only exhibit the terroir but also reflects the philosophy of blending techniques. My wife and I were fortunate enough to found Valpolicella & Amarone tour from Pagus in the mid of April. Mr Alessandro Conato from Pagus had offered... More

Alessandro was a wonderful guide! He was an excellent driver, very knowledgeable of the area, and helped us communicate with the owners of the wineries when language was a little challenging. The owners of the wineries provided great knowledge and love of their craft. Of course, tasting the wines was much fun, especially in the small group settings. Each wine... More

Lovely afternoon to 2 wineries. Our endearing tour guide was knowledgeable about the region and the wines. The vineyard owners spoke to us and answered questions. So fascinating to see family heritage that has continued to today. Now I know more about Sauvo wines.
