I thought it only fair to post a positive experience of this shop to balance the two negative reviews posted back in 2013. I purchased two Murano glass figurines and elected to have them delivered home to Australia. The service I received during the purchase was excellent and at the time I had no concerns. I must admit they did not email me the tracking number as promised and I was a little concerned after returning from the trip and reading the comments posted here that I had made a poor decision and would not receive the goods, at least without much bother. We were cheated by this shop. His first trick is to tell you a low price and when you wish to see it, he says "Sorry, I was mistaken" and shows you the "real" price at the bottom of the item, which is 30% higher than the first quote. We had been warned by many about fake Murano Glass and lots of Chinese replicas. But, at this location my husband found a beautiful peice of Glass that was signed by a murano artist and he immediately wanted it. It was a symbol of Venice, the Love Knot. We received the Love Knot and low and Behold after many months of emailing the owner back and forth with promises to send me the cerficate, I have not seen one. I feel like a real dumb American. Don't be duped like I was. It is true, they have heavy sales on the island of Murano as well as in Venice but if you go to the island at least you know it is real. Our tour also brought over a factory from the island and we should have bought from them even though we didn't even see the love knot. It is all over the internet and it is much cheaper than I paid for it. So once again, BUYER BEWARE!!!…
