We attended this performance of Vivaldi's Four Seasons in Venice in this church. You need to arrive early and queue or else you will be at the back. The performers are on a raised area and you can certainly hear everything at the back. The...More

Concerts usually happen in this church. Its architecture is interesting and it is very beautiful, despite there are not too much paintings and statues as others church of the city.

It is now used as a concert venue and is located between Ponte dell’Accademia and Campo Santo Stefano. Free admission to look around inside, we were not able to attend a concert as our visit was between concert days.

Went with a group - it's nearly all groups! Standard Vivaldi pieces and similar. Local musicians so don't expect Symphony Orchestra standard. In our visit the 4 Seasons rather mutilated! However a jolly evening. Good restaurants around ( close to the Accademia Bridge and gallery).

The Chiesa di San Vidal is a beautiful former church a spit from the Accademia Bridge. Home to the Interpreti Veneziani. Concerts most nights. Book in advance as can get busy. Very talented local musicians. Free seating. Relaxed environment. No refreshments available. Thoroughly enjoyable evening.

We just had to do this! A beautiful evening's performance of Vivaldi's Four Seasons in this lovely Church. It was packed with many families and tourists. The musicians were wonderful. Highly recommended!

It is first come first serve, and its a small church, the sound is stunning and you can see everything from wherever you sit. Bring a fan.
