Husband left his backpack which contained laptop, camera & cell phone on the boat. We realized it was missing when we got to our hotel. We had the bag returned within 2 hours with everything intact.

We arrived after a delay at the airport eager to get to the city centre before dark. I managed to walk on those dreadful moving walkways to the departure terminal to a waiting boat. There was hardly anybody else waiting but guess this is different...More

We landed at Venice Marco Polo airport and waited for 1.5 hrs for the Ali Laguna orange line water taxi to San Angelo. The line wasn’t that long when we came so it didn’t seem to be a problem. Big mistake. Turns out they let...More

I’m sure this company does just fine for taxi and transport but not for tours. We bought tickets for the Grand Canal tour for 30€ per person for 1 hour and it was disappointing. Only 2-3 people can stand in the front and 2-3 in...More

Really slow, crowded and you can’t see properly anyway. I would not recommend it, seemed unnecessarily slow just plodding along. Windows are high so you can’t see much. Will be extremely hot in the summer, was bad enough today.

We got the alilaguna to our hotel from the airport and it was easy peasy. We bought the tickets online before arriving so exchanged the voucher for a ticket at the airport (this was easy to find) and then it is all sign posted down...More

This is an experience not to be missed. Every other city you will arrive at, you will take a train, bus or taxi to the city centre. In Venice, you take a boat! It makes sense. We arrived in Marco Polo and I bought the...More

This is a good way to see much of the area surrounding Venice if you arrive during the daytime. Purchase you ticket online prior to arriving and get a roundtrip ticket. There is also the bus if you do not mind walking with your suitcases....More
