Climb to the top of the Campanile! Best view in Venice! Recommended! Go now! It's a "must do" in Venice!

It costs 8 Euro and half-hour waiting to get to the top of the tower. But it was worthwhile. The panoramic view of the old town Venice was just splendid! Highly recommend after you have had explored the ground of Venice. It was interesting to...More

Only waited for about 5 mins, paid our 8 euro and were quickly looking out over some of the amazing 360 degree views of Venice Well worth it for a completely different view of one of the prettiest cities I have ever been too

You are likely to find the queue quite long but worth the wait. Great views across the whole of Venice from the top. Be wary of the bells chiming if you are up at the top near the hour it is very loud!

Excellent views, there is a lift to the top, avoid being inthe tower on the hour as the bells are very loud.

Go here, and go early in the morning or just before closing time. The view over Venice is spectacular in all directions, and you can take wonderful pictures from the tower.

A quick elevator ride takes you to the top for far reaching views of the city and water below. A huge expanse of red tiled roofs gives a different perspctive of the size and spread of the city.

Drop a few euro and take the lift up to the top of the campanile and look over this incredible city. If you take a map up you can see the areas of the city you may have missed but the view is just spectacular!

This is the place to go for fabulous 360 views of Venice. I agree with other readers that 8 euros is a bit steep for a relatively short visit at the top. Lines tend to get long during the day, even at 9 in the...More

You have to prepare yourself for a sea of people and then more people. There are queues for all the attractions on the square so just have to navigate around them. Definitely worth to walk by the restaurants and shops around the square, it has...More

The Bell Tower is right in the main square directly across from the Basilica. We arrived with tickets for 12:00pm and we left around 2:30pm. In that time we were able to see the tower, the basilica and Doges Palace.
