When visiting the Doge's Palace, worth noting the nice courtyard in the centre (you usually pass through this at the end of your visit). Lovely steps up from ground level. Nice statues in the courtyard, too.

These stairs located within the courtyard of the Palazzo Ducale were the official entrance into the building. At the top of the stairs are statues of Mars and Neptune. Not open to the public but makes for a great photo.

These are very impressive stairs of the Doge's Palace. They are quite old and very historical, so worth seeing!

This is known as the giants staircase and situated in the courtyard of the palace. You can only look as not permitted to climb

One of the main features you'll see in the inner courtyard of the Dodge's Pallace. Amazing architecture rich in details.
