I have bought from this shop on 3 separate occasions and I am always happy with my purchases. The dresses are so well made and are a lovely fit. It is well worth saving up some extra money to spend here as these dresses are so unique. The shop is off the beaten track but I recommend seeking it out.…

A wonderful enterprise with beautiful products--gorgeously simple women's clothes--dresses, jackets, and the like--expertly made with lovely fabrics and reasonably priced. The clothes are all made by women currently incarcerated in the women's prison in Venice, they learn a trade, and we customers are the beneficiaries of their remarkably beautiful work. Recently I bought a 100% cotton sun dress, with pockets and hidden sipper, perfectly handmade, for 180 euros. Takes some determination to find if you are unfamiliar with Venice, but be sure to locate it on a map, then when you are in the neighborhood, ask the locals if you need help locating the shop. Very friendly staff, it's a small shop, but they do take credit cards. Not to be missed!…

Wandered out of our hotel and found this little shop nearby. The clothing is made by women at the prison island, and the fabrics were wonderful, Nicely made clothing. We dropped a couple of hundred each and happily went on our way with new dresses or jacket of velvet.

Friendly, helpful people! A delight to visit! All the dresses are hand made and are wonderful colours! Friendly service. Get off boat at Arsenale and cut through to back streets from the front. One cut through is la Dose, through the square and ask last few directions . About 10 minutes from the front from Arsenale!…
