Opossite and across the St Mark's square from the Old Procuratie, this building is not as grand as the old one but houses some nice shops and restaurants as well.

Procuratie Nuove is on the south side of St Mark's Square and is very much of the classical side. The arcade shop includes Caffe Florian which we went in for some macarons. It is regarded as one of the world's oldest coffee shops.
