We used this service several times on our recent trip . From Venice to Treviso , From Treviso to MSC cruise port in Venice. 7 days later from Venice port to Lido di Jesolo and from there to Marco Polo Airport . Everything was perfect . Andrea wait for us at the airport even we have delay of 40 min. I recommend strongly this company. You can relay on them.

We originally contacted the Treviso Car Service as a result of TripAdvisor reviews.
Arriving into Venice aboard the Norwegian Jade Saturday, 17 May 2014, we had been in correspondence with Marta Astraita, Reservation Manager and Tour Director of TrevisoCarService (beginning in September of last year.)
In hindsight, and as a result of the excellent correspondence, guidance, and professionalism exhibited by Director Astraita, we should have not only booked transfer from the boat to the Crowne Plaza Quarto D'Altino but also should have booked a tour with her company when the Norwegian Jade arrived into Venice the week before (our family took the two-week cruise that had a stopover in Venice halfway though the cruise and then returned to Venice at the termination of the cruise.)
Director Astraita not only gave us suggestions about "when to be collected' but because we were able to disembark quite easily (and early) responded when we called her on Saturday to tell her that we were available to be collected by her driver.
It sounded like she was at home (small children in the background.) She returned the call within moments and told us that her driver would be there within a few minutes, even though we were about an hour before the scheduled pickup time.
The family (6 adults with luggage from a 2-week cruise) were comfortably fit into the van. The driver was also quite good, professional, and friendly...although he did miss a turn to the hotel. This was not an issue as we were not in a rush, and this did not change the charge for the service.
Director Atraita was able to charge our AMEX a few days before we left the US so that this was a "pre-paid" trip, and all that was left was to offer our driver a gratuity.
Fellow travelers, if you are coming into Venice- for any reason- consider contacting Treviso Car Service (if you are not using a water taxi, which, by the way, would not have gotten us to the Crowne Plaza in Quarto D'altina.)

Used this company to transfer us to Marco Polo airport from the cruise port after a Greek islands cruise.
Excellent communication in advance , driver was pleasant , turned up exactly on time in a clean , well maintained vehicle and drove us safely to our destination. What more could you ask of a transfer service?

This service was booked for us by our travel agent as part of our package but we they were great. The drivers were punctual, courteous and helpful. The cars were comfortable and very luxurious and we would definitely recommend them.

Treviso Car Service gave us a beautiful drive from Venice to Maranello to view the Ferrari sites there. We booked well ahead and were given a reasonable price for what I was asking: a 10-11 hour day. You can't pay those kind of fees too often, but when you need to make something possible that just doesn't seem like it wants to be possible, a quality service regardless of price just might break the deadlock, as it did for us.
We confirmed the week before and again the day before. All our correspondences were polite, quick, and to the point. Our driver was friendly and quiet, polite and punctual. He was willing to roll with the punches regarding our last minute decision not to try to fit in the Modena Ferrari and Lambourghini sites as well. The car was nice.
In all, I have zero complaints and no hesitation to recommend their services on to you.

My wife and I recently used Treviso Car Service in Venice, Italy. I can tell you, that from my first E-mail communication with Marta, I knew this service would be special. Despite communicating miles apart, Marta was very responsive and addressed every concern I had to a satisfactory conclusion. Our driver was at the Marco-Polo International Airport waiting for us and treated us like we were royalty. The service also coordinated a water-taxi for movement to our hotel and pick-up upon our departure. Our driver was quite polite and engaging in conversation. He went as far as to call us to let us know that there was a mechanical problem with vehicle, however, he would still meet us to take us to the airport. True to his word he met us 10-minutes prior to the departure time, expalined what happened, informed us that we would receive a lesser quality sedan, took us to the airport and since we driven in a lesser quality sedan deducted the difference. The quality of sedans and excellent customer service has secured me as a loyal future customer whenever I travel to Venice, Italy! Excellent and exceptional service!

We hired Treviso car service (by email) to transport us from the San Basilio port to Marco Polo airport on May 17, for 50 euros, a fair price.
The driver was waiting for us upon our arrival, and assisted with the luggage.
He was very polite and the vehicle was new.
We were pleased with the service and will definitely recommend them and use them again.

I found Treviso Car Service through a Rick Steve's book and was so glad we did. We arranged for them to pick us up after our cruise for a transport to Marco Polo airport. I needed to change the time a day before we debarked so sent an email with no way of receiving a reply. No problem, they were waiting for us as we left the ship. We rode to the airport in style and comfort for less than the cruise ship transfer. Highly reccommend their services.

During a recent stay in Venice we took a one-day tour with Treviso Car Service to some lovely nearby areas including Bassano del Grappa, the prosecco village of Valdobbiadene, and beautiful Asolo. When we left Italy, Andrea drove us from Venice to Malpensa airport in Milan. In every aspect this is a great company. Scheduling via email with Marta was simple, the tour was everything we expected and more, and more importantly the people are wonderful, informative and charming. You could not do better than to have Andrea show you around a part of Italy he obviously loves. We look forward to booking Treviso Car Service for another tour during our next trip to Venice. Recommended with enthusiasm!

We found TrevisoCarService last winter strictly by chance when we asked the concierge at our hotel -- BHR Treviso Hotel -- to send a car to pick us up in town. Our driver, Andrea Loseto, grew up in the area, spoke good English and knew the Veneto so well we hired him to give us a one-day tour through the countryside. We drove part of the Prosecco Wine Road, visited the charming hilltop town of Ásolo and ate a late lunch at a terrific restaurant on the medieval wooden bridge in Bassano del Grappa. The tour was informal and personal -- as if we were members of the family -- and the price was right. We look forward to our next trip to the Veneto. Sharon and John Borak, Los Angeles

We have booked a car transfer from Marco Polo airport to Venice our hotel is CA del Arte how far away do you drop off from there ...also if it is far away can you arrange a water taxi to drop off at hotel also
