I spent a whole day on a private tour with Roberta, a fine prosecco connoisseur. A pleasant trip, in luxurious conditions, Roberta picked us up from the hotel at the exact time set, we visited 3 wineries and several vineyards. It was wonderful, an unmissable experience

An absolute must do if you’re in the area! We loved every second of this experience from the beautiful drive to the delicious Prosecco! Roberta is very knowledgeable and such a fun guide to spend the morning with. We had a lovely lunch in an adorable town before catching the train back to Venice.

We had a private tour for the couple with 3 years old child. It was great and I can recommend Roberta as a tour guide for everyone.
Roberta is an excellent guide with lots of knowledge about Prosecco and the area. She picked us up at the train station and drove us to two great wineries. Also, we had lunch at a small family restaurant that also makes its own prosecco. Roberta also took us to some quiet viewpoints where we could admire the Prosecco hills.
Roberta’s bus is comfortable and there is a baby seat available. Traveling with a child was no problem.
A tour with Roberta is an absolute MUST if you are in Venice or the Veneto area and want to explore the Prosecco hills.

Roberta was an excellent guide around the Prosecco region. She picked us up in her Mercedes van right at the Sprezano train stop and away we went throughout the beautiful countryside. All along the way, Roberta gave us her immense wine knowledge and educated us on the difference in where the grapes come form and how this specific wine is made. She is a graduate of a wine school in the region and is much more than just a driver. The spots and wine she introduced us to were both picturesque and delicious! She even kindly assisted us with getting some wine shipped home. She went above and beyond, and we would definitely recommend her services!

Roberta is an excellent guide. Her knowledge of Prosecco is encyclopedic and she also knows the region and its history very well.
We decided to take an extended tour with her in the comfortable Mercedes, so she quickly learned our interests and took us to hidden gems, including magnificent views, an historical church and a superb lunch.
The delightful, informative tasting experience was at a friendly family run winery.
With Roberta being able to give us a door to door service from our BnB in Treviso, we enjoyed a wonderful day to remember.
We chose this tour largely because of its excellent reviews and now know they are well deserved.

Each person, each couple or each group that I take on tour with me enriches me.
Sometimes the emotion that you, my guests, leave me is so strong.
I am very happy to have met you and I hope to see you again maybe for a tour of the Venetian villas, to exchange goodies.
Have a nice journey
Roberta

We arranged for Roberta to pick us up in Venice for a prosecco wine tour and drop us off at our next hotel, Castel Brando in Cison di Valmareno near the Dolomites to the north.
She created a great itinerary for us with wonderful winery tastings, and excellent meals for lunch and cappuccino and brioche. We had a great time with her and are so glad we were able to do this tour!

Roberta was a wonderful guide for the day. She picked us up from our B&B in Treviso as previously organized. Her van was very comfortable. She took us for a really great cappuccino and the most delicious fritella before we got on prosecco road, a lovely addition!
Roberta brought us to two wineries where we had a tasting experience which included really informative tours. Roberta has a wealth of knowledge to offer alongside the tour guides within the wineries. She was able to recommend a really good trattoria for lunch where she left us to enjoy it ourselves for an hour and collected us again.
Roberta was very generous with her knowledge and her time. We would love to do this experience if we return in the future. It was probably the most authentic Italian experience we had on our trip to Italy. It was great to get some time away from the city and see some beautiful Italian countryside. It is a must if you are in this region, 100% recommended by two very satisfied prosecco road trippers!!

This was a great way to spend a day in North East Italy.
We were staying in Venice so caught the 9:05 train to Spresiano station where we were picked up by our tour guide Roberta.
The first stop was delicious cappuccino and brioche at a small cafe about 10 minutes from the station. Superb.
Next up was the excellent PDC winery. A smallish winery in a stunning hillside location that makes the finest Prosecco. We were treated to 10 minutes of fascinating background on the winery and production process by the very knowledgeable Great before the tasting began. Two fantastic wines - quite different - served with a selection of local dishes which were chosen to compliment the wines. The cheese, ham, bread steaks and biscuits were excellent and the whole experience brilliant.
Next up was lunch in a delightful family run restaurant in the area in a breathtaking setting, looking out to vineyards at the back and a beautiful church at the front of the terrace. The meal and drinks were additional to the tour but the food was great and very reasonably priced.
After lunch, we headed for a second Prosecco tasting at Col Vetoraz. Beforehand we were able to wander around a local tradition - an osteria, which featured cheese and hams from a communal kitchen which were available on the basis of an honesty system and Prosecco vending machines, all to be enjoyed overlooking miles and miles of stunning vineyards below. The wine tasting was great - hosted by a very fun lady - and we ended up purchasing another fan bottle of Prosecco for a very good price.
The day was rounded off with delicious organic gelato at a wonderful little spot - Rita’s - before we were dropped back off at the train station for the return to Venice.
As a former wine seller and qualified wine maker, Roberta was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us fascinating insights throughout the day. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day - a six hour tour in total - and an absolute must for Prosecco lovers!

Roberta is intelligent, lovely and extremely service-oriented. She has a fund of historical knowledge about the Veneto region, including Prosecco wine production. We visited several Palladian Villas, the charming medieval town of Asolo, an outstanding DOCG winery, followed by a homemade pasta lunch at a mountain-top restaurant overlooking the vineyards. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency requiring a hospital visit that caused last minute changes to our time with Roberta. She happily adjusted her scheduled so we were able to visit Padova's Scrovegni Chapel. She also arranged for wheelchair service at the airport. Roberta went "above and beyond" to make our trip (which could have been a disaster) fun and memorable. We look forward to returning to Treviso and heartily recommend her services!
