Fun, interesting museum with lots of interactive displays. I went with a large group including medical professionals, laypeople, and kids, and all of us really enjoyed it. Great afternoon activity!

What a great experience! This is definitely more than a museum; it is an interactive, hands on few hours. Yes, everything is written in Italian, but at each exhibit, you knock on the door, and an historic scientist talks to you about the discoveries of...More

Padua has one of the oldest medical schools in the world, so a lot of medical history was made here. After the medical school and the Palazzo Bo, MUSME is the next place for those interested in medical history. The displays, divided over several floors...More

It gives a great introduction to the development of medicine, and how university of Padua played a role in the early days in terms of contributing to the development.

This small museum uses an innovative mix of state-of-the-art interactive approaches with a few of the traditional attractions you expect from a medical museum (I won't give away the gory details!). I also liked how historical aspects were presented by actors, so there was less...More

The interactive display is very impressive, but there aren't too many "real" items exhibited. Many items aren't translated to English . There's an interesting display of mummified fetuses with various diseases (not to the faint of heart).

This was rather a surprising place to visit, it's new with a bit of a twist, using new technology to present and attract your interest in the world of medicine. You get to learn a few interesting things too and it's a new experience. Would...More

Musme is one of the best museums I have ever visited. Padova was a cornerstone for the evolution of medicine and clinical practice. The museum is interactive and easy to keep up!

Great time had here for school aged kids and adults. Body projection and information on body organs was very informative. We spent 3 hours here and could have happily returned.
