This palace is difficult to miss because of its location in the medieval centre, on the way between the Basilica del Santo and the Piazze. And also because of its shape - with a crenellated top and a corner tower it resembles a fortress. It was instead a family palace, of the powerful Zabarella family of Padua. Built in the... More

I didn't know this Palace of Padua. I recently visited it, at the end of a business meeting. I’ve been in Padua twice before and I was looking forward to seeing this art museum on this visit. I was on their web site (in Italian only, used Google to translate) and didn’t see any information that it was closed. When I got there (on a Friday, NOT a Monday, when most museums are closed) I walked up and... More

A great art exhibition! More than 100 works about "Simbolismo" and famous painters like Klimt, Previati, Segantini, Boccioni and many others. The exhibition is located in Palazzo Zabarella, an historical building in the heart of Padova..so nice! It's a very good reason to spend a weekend in Padova, a very pretty town! Go see it, it's a great experience..
