This is a beautiful square in the center of Padua, Italy. The astronomical clock midway up the tower was interesting.

We visited during the day when the piazza was home to a busy clothing market. The clock tower provides a nice backdrop.

I love sitting and eating or having a drink here! It is a beautiful, big piazza in the center of Padova husting with people (and dogs!) of all ages. You can bring food to eat or even sit here and read a book. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful square that is home to markets by day, and cafe scene at night. Shops, gelaterias, cafes, and architecturally beautiful buildings line the square making it a great destination at any time of day.

Do you enjoy watching people strolling by, sipping a coffee or a "spritz", tourists admiring nose-up the beautiful medieval palaces around, matrons and mothers enjoying a "gelato" at the local non-Starbucks coffee-shop, couples selfying themselves at each corner and photographing older retired men peacefully walking...More

Piazza dei Signori in Padova is an interesting square, lined with shops and restaurants in "portici", and on the west side is the 15th century building with the Clock Tower with the Venetian dial. Contrary to what you can expect from a historic Italian square,...More
