That was not good experience and totally mismatched my expectations. I think the good school would have made refund only based on the fact that I'm is not satisfied with provided service. I didn't get refund.
1) It took us 45 minutes to actually start lesson. What is the point of having a meeting point down at village? Rising to the top took a lot of time, especially because of weather.
2) The teacher didn't give any warm-up instructions. That is a bad practice from my point of view. I did some on my own indeed.
3) We had 4 or 5 five short runs in total. On first run he has shown some basic freestyle exercises which is good. But all following runs I didn't really had a chance to try them and get feedback - he just said "follow me" and rode down the hill again and again.
4) "lesson" was booked for 2 hours starting from 9:00 but it actually finished at 10:45 - half of this time we were going to the starting point.
In general, I think it didn't worth money spent.

Great private lesson with Ride em today. Booked in the shop in the centre of Cervinia, reasonably priced for a 2 hour lesson. Simone was brilliant, spoken excellent English and was reasonably knowledgeable and patient offering advice and tips on how to improve not just on the lesson but to practice in the next few days.
Highly recommended.

We had a complicated group of skiers at various levels and the staff at Ride 'Em were a pleasure to work with. They answered emails promptly, and the pre-booking was handled with ease. On-site there was almost no admin and all skiing. If you're lucky enough to get Edwardo as your instructor, you'll be in good hands. He was patient, knowledgeable, and gave individual attention. In the beginners group, we were going down blue slopes with reasonable ease by the end of the week. Bonus points for yelling at a snowboarder who zoomed through our line.

Recently returned after a week of skiing in Cervinia.
Had the pleasure of being in Umberto’s “Umbe” ski group. After taking a 3 year break I was worried about all my previous progress, but being with Umbe not only get me back on track, I was able to process.
Not only was he a great instructor, but also a great person. He was warm, approachable and very easy to get on with…
Over the week, he helped improve my technique as an intermediate…With all the little drills and guidance…The feedback he gave was very knowledgeable and easy to put into practise…That by the end of the week I felt confident in goring down parts of red slopes..
A big well done to Umbe…He is definitely one of the best Ski Instructors I’ve had over the years and I would do anything to have him again at my next trip!!

We came skiing as a family, myself and my daughter had never skied before and my wife who last skied 30years ago. Thanks to Angus (our ski instructor) by the end of the week we where skiing down blue and red runs. It was just a shame we couldn't have had Angus on our first day, but that was due to incidents in the local area. We all want to come back skiing again next year.

Many thanks to MoMo! He taught my young son snowboarding he made the lessons fun and really brought my son out of his shell. By the end of the holiday my son was super confident both on and off his snowboard! And now wants to be an instructor when he’s older! Great company. Great tuition. Great value! Highly recommend:)

Highly recommended. Booked through Check Yeti which was very easy but would probably book direct as easier to make changes. Meeting point a bit vague if you are new to resort (suggest they use what three words) but very prompt response to queries.
Our instructor Sam was fabulous. Friendly with excellent constructive criticism and exercises. I booked x2 two hour sessions during our week and wish i had booked three.

Sad to say I had a bad exeperience when I twice booked ski lessons with Ride 'Em. Don't trust these people. They are defensive and unhelpful if you have a problem as well as being very disorganised. I went first over new year 2020 and gave them another try during February 2020 for another week. Problems always arise but I expect anyone to listen and try to provide a helpful solution, rather than get defensive and rude.

My wife, teenage son and I are all at different levels but the lovely team at Ride’em were happy to accommodate us. We had three days of ski lessons with the lovely Marta, who was incredibly patient with me (the beginner) but also gave great advice to my wife who had not skied for 25yrs and my son who has some experience and tons of confidence! My son then had three days of snowboard lessons with Paola, who was also lovely and he really enjoyed he lessons. He ended up doing all of the red runs. My wife and I continued with Marta who was able to build up my confidence and also helped my wife to recapture her love of skiing. We cannot recommend these lovely people highly enough! We hope to be back!

We have tried other ski schools we love this place. Instructors are great with the children we have a 7year old and 9year old, we have booked their group and private lessons. This was our second year using them, lucky for us the other ski school last year misplaced our booking so we found ride ém! Mara is always very helpful - thanks Mara see you next year!
