An amazing place from the wild swimming books and guides readily available. Went here for a day in August as we were staying about 40 mins south of Turin (Torino), Italy. This is about 20 mins drive north east of Turin. Amazing it is with picnic benches scattered throughout the forrest and most have permanent BBQ's ready for you so take some firelighters and food!! The pools are crysal clear and the falls are immense.... just keep clambering and climbing for more secluded areas but in August on a changeable afternoon there were not that many around we noticed..... there is a toilet block and plenty of parking. Come off tha A5, through Donnas and over the river to Outrefer but turn left to the carpark before getting to the village. A stunning part of the world. Great for trekking/ gorge walking and kids or none of all ages....

LOCATION : Off the A5 exit for Donnas. Make your way to the village of Outrefer. Parking lot before the village after the bridge.

It took us a lot of Internet digging to find that spot. It's amazing. Don't skip it if you're visiting northern Italy. Anyway it's too warm to enjoy walking Torino during the day. So why not discover a place full of wonders with natural icy cold waters and huge rocks to lounge on?

We loved it. An amazing break from touring cities and sweating buckets

Thanks to the reviewers who indicated the way.

Swim on !!

Amazing cold waters and hot rocks. A super combination with a picknick or bbq. Huge area for picknick which offers enough space during the week. Bar/ restaurant near the parking which is probably open during the weekend. Just bring sunscreen and enjoy.
