Very nice piazza, with a great fountain in center. Nice restaurants to sit and people watch. We enjoyed seeing the German influence in the town especially the pastries of apple strudel. There are lovely shops too. We stopped with our tour group.

Surrounded by lovely buildings, paintings and impressive architecture, it was hard to know what to focus on. Obviously the Neptune Statue is a big focal area of the piazza, but so are the cathedral and walls around the square. The statue is awesome, and I...More

A lovely square in the centre of Trento. We watched the world go by in the afternoon sunshine. Ideally located for shops, bars and restaurants or to sit and have a picnic.

The principal and the most beautiful plaza in the city of trento😘. Theres lots of shops around for the tourism, big church in the center of the city, museums and the Castello del Buonconsiglio is really near.

Nice square in the middle of the city. Awesome during winter and during summer. Some cafes and GROM (ice-cream) all around but I suggest to get a bit out of this area to find better prices, even though the sight is pretty good. It is...More

The duomo is in the centre of Trento and is a perfect backdrop for stunning photos. The entrance is free but as I write, they are doing restoration work inside. Well worth a visit.

Grab a drink at the sidewalk cafes and just watch the people. Lots of energy and interesting things happening. It is a very good way to begin to understand the people and culture. The church itself was ok. Nothing overly spectacular about it. It was...More

The Duomo and fountain are enough to make this a truly beautiful Italian piazza. It really ranks up there with the best. Maybe it wasn't designed by Bernini, but the fountain with Neptune reigning supreme atop it, is magnificent.
