It is difficult to find and only open a few hours each week. It is open, however, on a Saturday at 3.00. I went at 4.00 and found one of their regular concerts was on at 5.00, costing only 5 Euros. a beautiful church and a charming concert by young musicians. I think it is also open at 10.00 to 12.00 on a Sunday. But I am not certain.

Words don’t do this place justice. Limited hours but please do make the effort. The opulence and beauty are a joy.

It is really nice place to visit. It is quite beautiful. It is sorta hidden in a sense, so might be hard to find but a good visit.

It's not open often, on Saturday it was from 3.00pm but it's worth including in your itinerary if you can.

You will find this place in a building right in Via Garibaldi. It is a very nice chapel, which will surprise you, just because it is very hidden. I strongly recommend you to visit it.

Located on the West side of via Garibaldi (ex Dora Grossa), you gain access to it via a porch with a colonnade, now closed by glass and the seat of administrative offices. At the bottom of a long corridor located on the right hand side of the street entrance, a small, rather unassuming door leads to a Baroque triumph, built in the 1600s as a place for bankers and shopkeepers to meet and worship. Several canvases by different painters but similar styles describe the Nativity of Jesus. Beautiful white marble-like wood statues flank the chapel. A fresco depicting the Ascension of Jesus into Heaven, enclosed within a beautiful gilded trompe-l'oeil frame makes up the ceiling and a gorgeous pipe organ sits on the main entrance. Every Saturday, the chapel hosts a free concert at 5pm and Mass is celebrated on Sundays at 11.
This is a rare treat that should not be missed.

This newly restored chapel opened a couple of months ago exposing hidden afrescos that will amaze you.
Not many people know about this chapel due to the fact that it's located right next to a big church and the entrance as opposed to being located directly on Via Garibaldi is actually inside the entry hall of the building.
Definitely worth a visit.
