Totally Disappointing
Oct 2019 • Couples
Disappointed. A trip to this "luxury" spa was a birthday present to me. We arrive and immediately were greeted with snobbish service at the front desk. We gathered our necessary items such as robe and shoes, changed, then headed to the wellness area. 4 areas were either not functioning or were freezing cold when the temperature was said to be 36 degrees Celsius. Tge foot bath was luke warm. The Vichy shower was cold. The hydrojet shower was ice cold. 1 of 2 showers in the salt scrub area was not working and the one working was ice cold. The tubs were comfortable but seemed cooler than 36. The apertivo was so so. The fruit, veggies, and salads were fine. The bread was obviously from frozen packages and thawed and was flavorless. I was bumped into twice by the staff working the area without any apology or even an excuse me. They were absolutely rude and pompous. Steam rooms and saunas were the highlight but definitely not luxurious and not worth the money. This place pales in comparison to real luxury spas across Europe that are well maintained, functional, and have excellent service

More water park than spa hit the mark- this is really not a spa
May 2019 • Friends
I guess I've seen too many spas. I've been twice and was very disappointed both times- the service does not meet the image they project. 1) The massages are MUCH shorter than what they say. A 90 minute massage was actually 60 minutes- they refunded the extra after I complained. A 50 minute is 45 minutes. 2) Both massages were robotic, as if I was on an assembly line. 3) Worst of all, I had new pains in my joints after both massages- in my knee for the first and my foot for second. The steam rooms etc- if you like being around 2 bus loads of people talking and talking, this is your place. There were probably 75 people in a small space when I was there. The aperitivo was also a joke- the hordes swarmed around poorly organized buffets with stale bread, they ran out of plates after 5 minutes and the staff could not be bothered. The place looks nice but there's no way I'd go back. Very poor value for the price. I'd much rather spend more money and go to an authentic spa somewhere else. Tripadvisor asked if there are animals there and I said yes- because I felt like I was in a waterpark zoo.

More of a water park than a spa. Overcrowded, cramped changing rooms.
Mar 2019 • Friends
I have been there a few times. Central location in an elegant historic building. Very limited parking.
The overall experience is more like a water park than a spa. The place is usually overcrowded, starting from the lobby. Every guest is given a pair of flip flops, a robe and a towel. No fresh towels provided for showering. The robe has no pockets, so no place to put your watch, glasses, tissue, etc.
Don't expect silence and relaxation. Many rooms and pools are filled to capacity. Lots of loud conversations, people taking selfies, couples making out, etc.
Complimentary appetizers are served at 19:00, although no plates or utensils are provided.
I had a 50-min massage which was good. The massage room was quiet and comfortable.
The changing rooms are cramped and overcrowded. There are not enough benches to sit and put things on while changing. Showers are communal, with shampoo, conditioner and bath gel provided. There is not one single shelf to put your own items on in or near the shower. Not enough hair dryers or space to dry one's hair.
Overall this place could be much better if they avoided overcrowding and enforced appropriate behavior.

Prepare for a relaxing day...
Sep 2018 • Couples
This is my second visit to a QC property. I have been to the one in Pelligrino and was so impressed that I had to go to another one. Torino QC did not disappoint. My understanding at each spa is laid out slightly different and has different features. This one was very similar to Pelligrino but had more outdoor areas. We relaxed in a private cabana by the outdoor pools. There were three different pools outside surrounded by a gorgeous landscape and grand buildings. The inside had many features of different types of relaxation rooms including one with water beds, one with rocking chairs, and one with cushions. Each room has its own scent, feeling, and relaxation feature. After a long day of relaxing we enjoyed the appertivo. This was the perfect way to end a day at the spa as they provided champagne, wine and appetizers that included cheese, bread and Cold cuts. Think of it as a cocktail hour at a wedding! You can easily spend the entire day here going from room to room. A great way to start or end a vacation!

Pure bliss

This is an amazing experience and well worth the money.

I went there thinking I would relax for a bit and follow it up with a massage. The experience was so relaxing and amazing that I didn’t end up getting a massage. All the spa pools and other relaxing features were amazing.

I highly recommend this experience, especially if you want to relax and unwind.

It’s truely something special

Just heaven
Jul 2017 • Friends
This beautiful corner of heaven just 5 min from Torino porta nuova or re umberto metro stop.
The place is just fantastic . It is my favourite escape when I need to relax.
You can have lunch and try some of their beautiful body treatment like savvonage, fangage or visage. During the day they offer you a free treatment like hair mask. At 7.00 pm you can taste their 'aperitivo' just fantastic.the spa is really fantastic. They have tons of different rooms to relax, sauna, Turkish baths, salt rooms.

Unique spa experience
Sep 2017
Went here for a massage and then explored the baths and saunas. Never been to a spa quite like this one, and would definitely recommend at least to see what it is like. Not a luxury spa. Multiple stories, the bottom with the jacuzzis being the most crowded. There are many different rooms (relaxation, saunas, turkish baths, salt rooms, etc) with completely unique designs in each one. One sauna had a video playing in it. Some rooms were very crowded and loud, but then I found some steam rooms with no one in them. Very unique experience.

cure for jet lag
Sep 2017 • Couples
We started out our trip with a massage at QC Termetorino to battle jet lag and aches after an arduous flight and bus ride to Turin. It's a beautiful space and we left feeling grounded and refreshed after our 50 minute massages. I had a restorative massage and my boyfriend had an intense sports massage. It did the trick!

Worth a visit to relax during a holiday in Turin
Sep 2017 • Couples
We visited this spa on the last day of our holiday (monday) so we go back home refreshed and relaxed. The spa is big with many different pools including outdoor ones. Everything was clean and we felt very refreshed by the end of it. The only issue was that none of the staff we encountered spoke any English, however most signs had an English translation which made it easier.

Oasis of relax
Jul 2017 • Business
A fantastic way to unwind and relax after a long journey from Australia, also the "Aperitivo" available after 7.00pm is like the cherry on top of the cake. A place not to be missed
