This is an absolutely lovely area, just 10-15 minutes walk from the Station & you are in a beautiful posh residential square lined with amazing buildings. Lots of lovely restaurants & shops but quite green too.
A bit like Chelsea, in London.
There is a fantastic restaurant in the corner, of the same name.

Beautiful square in the center of Turin with a sculpture on one side and a fountain on the other. Very nice to rest and have some greenery in the city. Piazza Solferino is a square in the historic center of Turin. it rises at the confluence of via Pietro Micca, via Santa Teresa, via Alfieri, via Lascaris, via dell'Arcivescovado, via Bertola, via Giannone and via Cernaia. which represents the Check-out point.

Located where via Pietro Micca continues into via Cernaia towards the newly renovated and once again important Porta Susa train station, it features Art Nouveau and other residential buildings from the late 1800s-early 1900s. The seat also of Teatro Alfieri, famous for operetta and musicals

Interesting piazza with large sundial, childrens play area statue and fountain. A good place to sit and watch or stroll.

Was impressed when we walked to our hotel in this piazza. A stunning fountain, a large statue of the king on horseback and lots of squirrels running about collecting nuts and climbing trees. There are numerous bars, and restaurants and we ate there several evenings.

Connected via Via Pietro Micca to Piazza Castello, it is home to numerous splendid nineteenth-century buildings as well as one of the most famous theaters in the city and it is possible to admire the majestic Angelica fountain, the imposing Solferino tower and the monuments to Ferdinand of Savoy and Giuseppe la Farina.
