I can't recommend Enrico and the Cooking School highly enough. He is an outstanding teacher and chef. He talked the lesson to my interests and abilities. I've never tasted gnocchi as delicious! Every part of the experience was positive. I highly recommend taking lessons here.

My wife and I did a cooking class with Enrico for lunch. We started at 10:30am and cooked a 3 course meal complete with wine pairing. The three couples together on our European vacation wanted to try something different and found Enrico's cooking school on Trip Advisor. While this is a cooking school that people often take courses in for a week or more, they also do one-day activities. Head chef and instructor Enrico Trova is also the executive chef and owner of longtime favorite Trattoria Amici Beverly Hills, at the Beverly Terrace Hotel.
