I've been to Milan hundred of times, still this tour really surprised me. The experience of riding a Segway in the heart of the city is by itself a unique experience, but being guided by Simone added the extra value. He showed us the key monuments and at the same time he gave us a mixture of historical background and... More

Our guide, Simone, was funny, educated, a pleasure to be around! The tour is easy and a great experience for families. We were just three plus our guide so everything was perfect! We discovered parts of Milan we never had expected to see and Simone knew how to make us appreciate all the good spots, combining them with history in... More

Booked the canal tour. Approximately 90 minutes. The Segway ride from the center to the Navigli district is fun among crowded pedestrians. It takes about 20 min to get to the canal. Drive up and down the canal and on the way back see old Roman ruins and tow important churches, including San Lorenzo. After coming back the guide offered... More

The tour was great and gave us a good overview of Milan and the main sights. The guide was excellent and the Segways much easier to ride than we thought.

Had a brilliant time touring the city of Milan on a Segway. You do feel like a celebrity as you wonder the streets on this lovely machine. It is very easy to navigate and extremely enjoyable once you get the hang of it. It's not very cheap at €65 compared to other cities such as Madrid where you can have... More

We have taken a Segway tour in Rome so we thought this would be a good idea in Milan. It was the best thing we did here; Emilio was a guide and he really knew the city. He was educated in art and history so he was able to show us highlights we would never have done on our own.... More

Rented Segways from this Company and they were exceptionally helpful, inexpensive, and well run. Even though I ran over by around 20 minutes (and they consequently had to keep their store open late) they didn't charge me extra, and even offered to come looking for me when I commented that I was a bit lost. They have the newest equipment... More

A great way to see Milan and get your bearings. We were in Milan for a few days and did this early in our stay. It helped enourmously having a local person show us the sights initially and explaining the local road rules (still not sure if they exist). A great way to start your stay in Milan.

Booked a 90 minute segway tour for my husband and I. We hadn't been to Milan before so wanted a tour on the morning of the first day to give us an overview. Agonised a little over whether the 90 minute or 3 hour tour was the right one and the 90 minutes was short for all the great things... More

Staying in Centro Storico

Neighborhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
