You should definitely do this bike tour. We didn't realise there was so much more to Milan than shopping. The ride starts off going threw the new part of Milan with skyscrapers and modern buildings and 20 minutes later u are down town at a castle. Great knowledge of the city and worth doing. I particularly liked the canal lock... More

Marta was a great and informative tour guide. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend additional history notes where possible.

The best 3.5 hours + spent cycling around a beautiful city that has much to offer from the very ancient to the modern day city of Milan. Daniella our guide was happy and informative about the city she calls home and as we cycled from place to place we were able to soak in the atmosphere of each area. A... More

We toured Milan with Antoinella who was a knowledgeable guide. She showed us some very modern parts of Milan as well as the ancient parts. She was very safety conscious and was careful to be sure we stayed together. We went to areas not usually on the tourist trail, like the canals. Because of her background in art history she... More

Our guide was very friendly, insightful and fun! He took us to many different neighborhoods. No worries for people not used to bike, our guide adapted his pace to the group and it was really pleasant to bike for almost 3,5 hours + there were many stops along the way. I would recommend this tour in a heartbeat!!!!!

The meeting point was simple to find, right at the exit of a metro station, the guide,Antonella, was excellent(!!), the tour was safe because of lots of bike lanes, the quality of the bikes were high (almost new) and the tour was very very interesting(even surprising) and time passed quickly although the tour lasted 3.5 hours. Milan is not an easy... More

Did the bike tour with my wife and 12 y/o having done them in other cities and thoroughly enjoyed them. This lived up to it and definitely recommend it for adults and families as a different way to see the city. You see a lot of places off the main tourist track that you would not otherwise see and get... More

We were on a 30-day road trip in Italy last July - August and by the time we arrived in Milan, it happened to the four days most/all Italians go on holidays (to the beach we heard). So we ended having a "private" tour with just the guide and our family of four. They have two smaller bikes for our... More

We were the only people on the tour, atypical, and we did it at night, 6:30 - 9:30. Pretty dark when we ended, but during the longer summer months, you can get a sunlit tour as some venues will still allow visitors. Our guide Angelo was great, we had a leisurely pace, stopping often to discuss architecture, evolution of the... More

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighborhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
