We booked this tour through Viator. One of the few options for us to obtain Da Vinci's Last Supper tickets without the pain of getting the reservation months ahead. The bus was clean and spacious. The tour delivered as promised. Our guide Valentina was gracious...More

Took two tours with Zani tours and really enjoyed both tours. The Venice tour was long but gives. Great over view of the city, my only complaint was that I wish we had left at 6 instead of 4. I took the gondola ride and...More

Totally agree with some of the reviewers that this tour is SUPER EXPENSIVE for seeing so little of destination (only 2 out of 5) while you'll need to set aside ONE WHOLE DAY for this trip. The coach was SUPER CROWDED/UNCOMFORTABLE! NOT WORTH AT ALL!...More

Bilingual tour guide was bad at explaining the different sites. We couldn't understand half of what he was saying. Tour group was too big and difficult to manage. This was probably the worst tour in the whole of Italy.

This is your standard hop-on, hop-off, bus tour that uses pre-recorded tours in multiple languages; they provide you free ear phones. It provides a good overview of Milan and there are multiple routes, but with some overlapping of sites.

We didn't get a good feeling from the time we arrived at the Milan Largo Cairoli office of Zani Viaggi for a day trip to Serravelle shopping outlet. The staff desperately need training in customer service! They were rude at worst and dismissive at best....More

Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior
design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of

I am interested in the Lake Como and Cinque Terre day tours. I will be in Milan at the end of October 2017 for 6 days. Will you pick up and drop off at my hotel? If not, is there more than one pick up/drop off location to choose from? Does it depend on the day tour? Grazie.
