Often overlooked, the collection is fantastic and the building of great interest. Also, during the several visits we have made, there has never been much of a crowd and so you can see everything virtually uninterrupted.

This small, private museum well deserves its good TA ratings. It is housed in a former private mansion. For that reason, even many of the floors, ceilings, staircases, patios, etc are worth seeing. There is an excellent small collection of Renaissance through early 18th century...More

This was a fascinating treasure, an amazing collection by one man. Full of world class paintings and objects. Not very crowded you could really enjoy looking at the whole place.

The Poldi Pezzoli is a small collection inside what used to be an estate owned by the family. The collection has enough variety to even keep older kids interested for the 1-2 hours it takes to explore.

We visited a couple of art museums while we were in Milan and I have to say that this one was the better of the two. It was not as big and didn't have as much art but was more impressive. A nice way to...More
