Such a pretty part of Milan I didn't know existed. Charming and well worth a visit. Apparently the canals were used to transport the materials to build the Duomo.

A very nice place to stroll in the evening. A lot of bars and restaurants, some of them romantic, some of them too loud. The smaller restaurants might have better food. Better check online before you go.

A vibrant neighbourhood with a lot of different restaurants and bars. It domestic matter if you come during the day or the night. There's always something to experience.

Maybe it's different in summer, but at the end of November, I wouldn't label this as "must see". It's an ok canal area with plenty of places to eat & drink. We enjoyed good pizza and gelato. Venice it is not! **Please note that the...More

We wandered around here on a lovely Friday night in Milan. It was such a neat little area, and so pretty to see as the sun set. However, it was very crowded and you wanted to be careful holding on to your purse. Also, the...More

The water in these canals stinks (especially during summer). The whole area is not taken care of, and the nightlife is rather cheap (read pathetic). Definitely not worth a visit.
