Sirmione is busy but beautiful. Take in the fort and then stroll around the lido to the point of Sirmione. Ice cream shops to die for - one in the centre is huge and has every flavour you can imagine! Highly recommended to visit.

Small town with great fortification all around. Well preserved. Many photo opportunities. It is beautiful. narrow street covering top of the peninsula. Pay and display parking is located nearby. A must visit place when in the area.

Beautiful historical centre, with narrow streets, citadel. Good icecream. Still despite verry good quality in general of italian food, be aware that teraces in the historical spots are verry busy in july and the services and food not really at good standards and also expensive....More
