Everything at the top. Then one person likes the blue cap and another would prefer the pistachio-colored one, but the substance is there and it is, I repeat, of very good quality. The only very small point of attention is that due to the specific nature of the place, in practice it can be reached on foot and the nearest car park (Monte Baldo) is one kilometer away. Not very suitable for less mobile elderly people (with cane or walker).

You can book ONLY from the website, medium-large place, clean, warm. Several thermal pools, some inside, some outside, paths, massages, saunas, bar-restaurant. Smoking area outside. They give you a towel, bathrobe and cap. With a bracelet you close the locker and load what you eat, drink and pay on the way out without worries. You can pay for massages before entering and also book them on site. In the showers you will find shower gel shampoo if you don't have it with you. Beautiful day, we are reborn. Had a couple's massage, friendly and competent staff. It's worth going there!

I went to Aquaria Thermal SPA during the evening (a four hour entry) which included the indoor and outdoor heated pools, jacuzzi, saunas, various adventures ("Mountains, Rain, Stars, etc) - which are the 'chill-areas'. I also had a massage. There is a fabulous restaurant to snack (healthy) or have a drink (alcoholic or not, cold or hot). The staff are incredible! This is an absolute MUST if you are in Italy. The outdoor pools in winter are amazing. Sitting in the (outdoor) sauna while watching the lake is truly a breathtaking experience, especially if you use the cooler pool immediately after. The differently scented showers are so exciting. The 'walking pool' (with hot then cold water) is such a fantastic idea and you can actually feel it stimulating your blood! Overall, every second at Aquaria was an unbelievably wonderful experience.

Spa with a lot of potential but little exploited! The spa has many spaces and options, but all of them are poorly maintained and quite vintage. If cared for better in terms of cleaning and modernization, they are very pleasant, both for the magnificent view and for the size of the structure. The upper floor is poorly used, music room? A room with two deckchairs and a radio... it's not a service, come on! Same for the other rooms. Lots of sunbeds but nothing more. Otherwise pleasant and the bar staff very friendly. Good value for money

The location is spectacular, but the outdoor pools were covered in carpets of midges. I understand that maybe it's "normal" but every now and then someone could at least pass by with a net! The rooms on the second floor are practically all the same, there are only deckchairs. Everything has an additional price... like the salt scrub... Balm, make-up remover, etc. are not provided Body cream, and the one for the face is a mini plastic sachet (a very ungreen choice). Friendly and smiling staff, It's a shame because the place really has great potential.

Nice, clean place, in my opinion there is a lack of more precise indications inside the structure to understand where to go. There are few places where you can hang towels and deckchairs inside, if it rains like it happened to us, there aren't enough for everyone. Outside the area is very beautiful. The changing rooms are clean, bathrobe, towel and cap are provided, mandatory for the pools.

Really beautiful place!! Top swimming pools, lots of relaxation areas, let's say that for relaxing a day it's great!!! The only negative note was that only on the way out were we told that the shower time was within the 5 hours provided by our gift vouchers and therefore we had to pay another €24 because we had spent an extra hour. We entered at 11.30, in theory for us, we were supposed to stay until 4.30, then shower and go out, but here was the surprise!! This is truly a scam!! It was enough to warn!!! At the entrance the receptionist did not warn us of anything even though she had asked us if it was the first time at the spa!! If you do this with everyone you know how much money you will get!!!!! Very little is enough!! We didn't want to make a fuss, €24 doesn't change my life but it was just thrown down the toilet!!!! I should have slammed my fists on the table but I didn't want to waste time!! The lady told us that we had worked an extra hour and therefore we had to pay!! she didn't even give us an explanation even though we had explained to her what had happened and that no one had notified us of this thing, also because, had we known, we were out at 4.30pm and not at 5.15pm, making us pay an extra hour, which then a 'now more is not!!! we were just taking a shower! NO COMMENT!!! Be warned about this!! SCANDALOUS

The structure is beautiful and well-kept. What is ridiculous and pretentious is that the hourly package that you purchase (at a high price) also includes the time to shower, wash and dry your hair (possibly), get dressed, hand over the equipment. Is the time I pay for staying in the thermal bath or for taking a shower? Just to know. It would be enough to hand over the bracelet before the showers. Then I was not charged but I was invited, for the future, to hurry up within the agreed time frame. UNACCEPTABLE.

I spent a whole day at the spa. Positive night. Organization is a strong point. The lifeguards keep watch as they should and maintain order. Water truly has a regenerating and at the same time relaxing power. The scenery of the lakefront is very suggestive. There are many experiences to try and each has its own reason. One of the most evocative is the music room where you can experience a truly relaxing experience. Let's move on to the sore points: the service at the lunch bar was scandalous. We ordered 2 pasta dishes and they told us to sit down... half an hour passed and I politely asked if there were any problems considering that the people who arrived after us had finished and were leaving. I was promptly silenced by a girl who told me to wait at the seat so that we would receive the dishes. Another 25 minutes passed and my patience ran out. I turned to a second employee who in reality my order had never left. In short, we had been waiting for nothing for 50 minutes. I would have liked to speak personally to the girl who had treated me so disdainfully. In practice they served us, apologizing, after 1 hour. And to ease our disappointment they gave us a cocktail voucher for 2 with fruit. But I want to be honest. The first one they brought us was really good...it's a shame that we were served with disdain and delay. I advise you to review the order procedures and above all to teach the bar girl that if a bar customer tries to inquire... before sending him to a seat he should be informed of what is happening. It's called professionalism. Another sore point is the girl's behavior when releasing the watches into the machine that incorporates them. The toy car is not easy and immediate to use: a minimum of courtesy and patience would be a must when working with the public. The girl at the exit got impatient and made us nervous and leave badly. I don't think it's the right way to approach the customer. One last note: very good in the controls in the water of the headphones and the way people behave but I saw many couples in the water who instead of enjoying the spa did something else. I believe there is a limit to everything. An affectionate gesture is beautiful and natural but in the water many couples express themselves too explicitly. They should be reminded that there are families. Which is not a private place to express your sexuality. Honestly, at a certain point we were surrounded by couples who weren't enjoying the spa but were enjoying something else. A stop should be put in place out of decency and respect for others.

Strongly recommended to me by friends, a unique experience between the internal and external rooms, ideal location between swimming pool and sea, the rocks around are walkable. the staff is friendly, the environment is intimate and intimate. Reservation recommended medium-high quality/price ratio
