A Sirmione, nel cuore della Lugana, c’è una piccola azienda vitivinicola famigliare: Cascina Maddalena 4 ettari per 4 generazioni dal 1924. Prenota il tour in cantina, con degustazione vini, in un paesaggio incantevole tra le colline moreniche e il lago di Garda.
Elisa ti aspetta per raccontarti come da un sogno è nata questa realtà vitivinicola. La visita inizia nel verde dei vigneti del Lugana, per poi proseguire nella cantina di vinificazione e nella cantina sotterranea, dove scoprirai i segreti di chi il vino lo fa, Mattia.
Il tour si conclude nell’agriturismo: qui puoi assaporare i vini di Cascina Maddalena, accompagnati dai formaggi locali e dalle confetture di mamma Raffaella.

Beautiful place. Interesting tour. Incredible clean everywhere. Some nice wine, especially the white reserva.

We had an informative and interesting tour around this small but very impressive site. We enjoyed learning about what makes the wine so special before getting to taste it. We had the tour that included five different wines to taste - all of which were delicious in different ways. This tour was very enjoyable and great value for money. I would very much recommend a visit for some superb wine in a stunning setting!

We had a lovely afternoon in the sunshine tasting some beautiful wines. The feeling of pride, family, heritage and passion was so obvious. It felt as though they do the tastings purely to share the love! Our tour was the perfect intro, lead by a very knowledgable and friendly guide. Then some time to taste the wines (accompanied by some very nice nibbles!) and admire the vineyards. Great value and thoroughly enjoyable. We 100% recommend!

Sitting back from the Coast of Lake Garda, Cascina Maddalena offers visiting tourists a more relaxed experience to the hustle & bustle of Sirmione. A short 15 mins taxi journey from Sirmione itself will cost you €18-€20 & takes you into a laid back world for a few hours respite from crowds & noise.
The areas clay which is the offspring of a former swamp while normally inhospitable to agriculture, has proved to be an essential source for the Zordan Family to nurture the local Grape Turbiana.
3 tastings are offered which can include rides & talks but all culminate it a sit down around wooden tables to sample some of their high quality wines accompanied with crackers, bread , cheeses and homemade chutney.
A very educational and worthwhile experience we very warm hosts.

We spent a lovely afternoon at Cascina Maddalena! Booked onto the tour and wine tasting. Such a beautiful place, the staff were all fantastic (via email when arranging the booking and at Winery). Most importantly, the wines were all fantastic!

Have just spent a lovely couple of hours visiting this family run vineyard. Was a delight from start to finish. Elisa was charming as she told us about the wines, her family, and the history of the vineyard. We would definitely recommend. It was easily organised. We emailed directly to book, a couple of days in advance. They could not have been more helpful and responded immediately to any queries. We walked from Sirmione, which took about an hour, but the route was flat and easily navigated. Elisa was happy to organise a taxi back to the hotel for us.
All in all, a fab afternoon, with lovely wine and snacks, Elisa you are a wee star

Having walked to the farmhouse from our hotel on a very hot day the lovely welcome we received from the family and the cool setting under the shelter of the farmhouse was a perfect start. Keeping in the shade, we were shown the vines and told about the process of making their delicious wine. The tour was very interesting and lasted approx half an hour. After that we sat down on our own table under the shelter and poured our first small glass of the Spumante. Over the next 90 mins we relaxed whist the owners served us the next wine along with bread, cheeses and local chutney. This was such a calm, relaxed experience with exceptional wines and a friendly service. Booking was very straightforward. I just emailed the winery direct and arranged a time etc. We paid at the end of the experience. A must do if you’re in the area!

After reading the positive reviews i decided to book here for my 25th birthday.
It was such a great thing to do.
They take you around the property showing you the different processes they use to make the wines.
Then on to the wine tasting, each group have their own table which is nice and keeps it very chilled. And they come around with each bottle at a time.
We were sat facing the vineyards which was such a lovely view! I would definitely recommend visiting here! Such a lovely family run business.

yes for visit the winery with tasting and also to eat in the farm we need a reservation, we are a small winery family-run and the agriturismo is not always open.
We can hear about July so we can tell if we are planning events and we can agree on the date.
