A lovely garden by the edge of Lake Como. Relaxing to walk around. However, if you are going to Villa Monatero next door the Botanical Garden there is much better and its nots worth paying the extra to do this as well.

Do not miss these gorgeous gardens. Well kept and beautifully laid out on the cliff-side overlooking the lake. Plenty of little places, including a little temple, to sit and just let the beauty and serenity sink in.More

Visit both this and Vila Monastero at the same time, and take a few hours, so beautiful and peaceful, hope to be back in Italy some day and re-visit with more time to relax instead of rushing to get a boat! Watch out for Mozzies...More

The garden was beautiful, clinging onto the slope towards the lake. However, it didn't fullfil my expectations - some plants were dry and there were quite some weeds. The entrance fee was reasonable anyway.More

Very easy. Make sure you do the Villa Monastero next door, have lunch at Cipressi and then walk a bit further to the world's shortest River!
