We would have happily paid the price for this lunch and transportation to the restaurant ( 124 euro for two) without the four hours of excellent culinary education and entertainment by a talented and witty chef. Two of our 12 person class professional chefs. They...More

The two of us participated in a cookery class of 10 in April 2017. For the price we got not only a day's course, we were picked up and returned by taxi (just as well, there was unlimited wine on offer). It's on a hilltop...More

I managed to convince my whole family to go to this cooking class, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We have two coeliac teenage children and they were extremely well catered for. The class was informative and funny with just the right amount of hands...More

This was an extraordinary way to experience northern Italy -- through it's food and wonderful people. We were picked up promptly in Varenna and whisked away to the restaurant where we arrived about 10:30. We were greeted warmly by the entire family and then...to business....More

Moreno, I am planning a trip to Lake Como in June of this year. I would like to set up a cooking class for my husband and myself. We would like to book the class on June 13, 2017. Please let me know if that is available and the price. Thank you. Celine Croce

We took Moreno's cooking class in October and unfortunately didn't get any recipes to take home. I sent him an email but didn't get an answer. If anyone has the recipe for the potatoes au gratin with the Parmesan cheese and cream or has a good remembrance of how he made this dish I would love to make it for Christmas. Anyone have it???

All I remember about it is his comment "and lots and lots of cream"! I'd say email him again...sometimes it takes a few times....also....he posts some recipes on his website.
