Although much smaller than Milan's Duomo, this one is equally as beautiful (and free to enter). Went there in mid January while a layer of snow was everywhere. Really a memorable sight and the place to see when in Como.

We went there when the Christmas lights illuminated the Cathedral and the buildings around were lighted by lazar images...it was amazing......Christmas trees with snow drifting down the facade...a feeling that cannot be described!

It was amazing with all the lights show on the church and other buildings around. Even it was no snow but we could get the feeling as it was very cold. We went there before Christmas and all the decoration was very beautiful.

And there was no snow for Como but the wonderful lighting exhibit that they do each December gave you the feel of snow.
