Our cooking class was well-organized, catered to the attention span of our two young children, authentic, and delicious! I highly recommend this to anyone!

My daughters and I spent the morning with Katie making pasta and gelato. It was our favorite day in Como and the best pasta we had in all of Italy. Katie was so hospitable and welcoming. We plan to continue baking together at home!

We spent a half-day with Katie making ravioli, tagliatelli and gelati (lemon AND peach!). An amazing time had by all, there were just 4 in our class so the setting was intimate and hands-on with lots of opportunities to ask questions - Katie's knowledge of such a diverse range of food-related (and travel-related!) topics is endless. Random observations, minor queries, advice-seeking: all were met with a scientific, historical, or factual answer; or with an entertaining / interesting anecdote. The setting is perfect, both intimiate and professional. And the food, sensational - she was even kind enough to give us a take-away pack when we couldnt finish it! A highly recommended experience for something interesting to do while in Como. Also a brilliant way to meet the locals and get some fabulous tips on Como, including (but certainly not limited to) the best place to buy gelato in the old-town ..... Highly recommended

Awesome class! Katie was a wonderful, gracious hostess and teacher, showing us (me and my family) how to make risotto, tagliatelle pasta and gelato. A memorable experience for our trip to Lake Como. We picked up so many useful cooking tips. It was also relaxing to be in her home in her kitchen, which added to the experience. We were staying in Bellagio and had other closer options, but we're so so glad we made this choice. Katie's class is highly recommended!

We had a great time at Katie's pizza and gelato class at her beautiful apartment. We learned how to make pizza dough without using yeast and topped with classic Italian ingredients. Definitely recommended and look forward to trying the recipes when we get home.
