This was the funniest experience so far in Italy. Terrible service , funny signs everywhere, don’t touch , don’t bend blah blah , ordinary product . We walked in and the three staff couldn’t stop eating except to say put your umbrellas outside .More

Dear customer, Nowhere it is written 'don't touch'..maybe you haven't read the 'funny signs' well. We don't want shoes to be bent because they get ruined and we want that people buying shoes are happy with their goods...and shouldn't be necessary to tell people to...More

Thanks to the wonderful owners of this shoe shop, who added to our holiday experience. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and considerate of my wife’s shoe needs. While the store is small in size, the quality and range are surprising, given the limited shop...More

I'm literally walking out the door of this cramped store as I'm writing this review. As my wife picks up a shoe, the owner lady yells "no self-service in this store" she then goes to another customer to mumble about tourists in their sandals and...More

Dear customer, for sure, if your wife had only picked up a shoe, nobody would have told her anything: in our shop, everyone can touch, but it is strictly forbidden to do self-service ( it is not a small sign as you wrote, on every shelf...More

After having read all the 5 star reviews of this store we decided to pass by and were amazed at the selection of high quality shoes made in Italy. For each pair they had almost 12 colors, and they told me I could let them...More

I can not recommend this unassuming shoe store enough. Barbara served us and she was personable, helpful and very friendly. I told her roughly what I was looking for and she gave me several options: one which I never would have picked for myself but...More

My wife has been trying to replace some white leather loafers for over ten years. We found them here, hand made and beautiful. $129 Euro, which was reasonable. Great selection for men and women.

Small boutique with leather goods and shoes. Largely unremarkable, so not something that would stand out in a destination like Bellaggio. Of course, we were there at the beginning of the off-season, so inventory may have been depleted somewhat.
